His worried eyes slowly morphed into that of excitement, his eyes twinkled with a touch of unbelievable in them, his eyes darted between me and my stomach and I knew it took every damn cell in his body to stop him from pulling me into a hug.
“I can’t believe it! I am going to be a father!” he said and I looked elsewhere but at him, I never wanted to make him excited, he wasn’t worth it, I should have stayed with Herons.
