Heron’s POV
“What dream?” I asked and Reedah breathes out shakily, her eyes darted everywhere, and it looked like she was afraid, my heart thumped fast, and I hoped she didn’t find the house scary.
“I saw a beast Herons. I saw something dangerous I have never seen before, something that should never exist, I was so scared” Reedah said, breaking my heart, my lips twitched, and I wondered if I would ever be able to let her know I was the one she saw.
“You must have been scared,” I said and she nodded, sipping her coffee.
“It felt so real, I thought I had fainted, but I was glad when I woke up, and it was all a dream, I pray I never see such a thing again, I might go crazy if I do,” Reedah said chuckling.
