POV: Leila
Slowly, I stand up from the coach so I don’t wake Janie or Summer. Michael grabs Summer first and takes her to the bedroom attached to the suite. Conner picks up Janie and I hold open the door for him as we all leave. I open Conner’s door and he whispers goodnight to Lucifer and I. Lucifer pulls me to walk with him.
Lucifer asks, “So, are you finally tired?”
I shake my head, saying, “No, surprisingly. I don’t feel so wound up but I still want to do something.”
“Like what?” He asks.
I jump in front of him and walk backwards, replying, “I don’t know. Just something phy- oh I know. Let's go for a run.”
Lucifer grabs my hips and pulls me closer to him. I glance behind me to see the stairs.
“First, you need to be more careful. Second, it’s two in the morning. You just spent hours casting spells. You need sleep.” Lucifer counters.
“Sleep is for the weak. Besides, if I try to sleep now all I’m gonna end up doing is staring at the ceiling. Then I’d get bored of the ceiling and start reading. I need to do something.” I plead.
Lucifer sighs before saying, “Fine.”
“Yay!” I say, jumping up and wrapping my arms around his neck.
Lucifer chuckles as I let go and start to drag him down the stairs. Rather I try to but he doesn’t budge. I look up at him confused.
“Where’s my thank you?” Lucifer asks, smirking.
My brows furrow in confusion until Lucifer pulls me back to him and places his hands around my hips. My chest is pressed against his, I smile up at him as I stand on my tips toes. Lucifer stoops to reach me. The touch of his lips against mine sends electricity shooting through my body. I deepen the kiss and Lucifer lets me be the one in control. We pull away, breathing heavily.
“That’s one hell of a thank you.” Lucifer says.
“Shut up.” I laugh, before taking off down the stairs.
The house is dark and voiceless, everyone deep into their slumber at this hour. I ran outside and to the edge of the woods. The moon is full and shining brightly. I stop before going deep into the forest. Turning around I find Lucifer leaning against a tree smirking at me.
“You're going to have to do better than that if you want to get away from me.” Lucifer says.
I shrug, teasing. “Maybe I’m just getting warmed up.”
Lucifer smirks and goes to speak but doesn’t get the chance as I lift my tank top over my head, revealing my bra covered breasts. Lucifer’s smirk falls as his focus zeroes in on my exposed skin. I reach behind me, unclasping my bra. I drop my arms before slipping one strap down my arm then grabbing the other. Slowly, I pull my other arm out of the strap and pull the bra off my breasts. My breath hitches as the cool air touches my warm skin, causing my n*****s to harden. Lucifer licks his lips, his eyes dark with desire.
I bring my hands together at the waistband of my jean shorts. Slowly, I unbutton my shorts before pushing them off my hips. I bend over slightly to get them down all the way. I stand up straight and stare into Lucifer’s eyes as I push my panties off my hips. They fall down my legs and I step out of them. Lucifer doesn’t seem to know what to look at first as his eyes keep jumping from one place to another. I walk closer to him, putting my arms around his neck as my bare chest presses against his. Lucifer’s hands are like a branding heat against my skin. I stand on my toes, my lips pressing against his ear.
“If you want me, you’ll have to catch me.” I whisper.
I slip through his hands and take off into the forest. I shift into Sia and she takes over, running at her top speed. Being the quickest wolf in the pack has its advantages.
‘This is gonna be fun.’ Sia laughs.
I laugh with her until I feel her hackles rise. I know Lucifer is close. No matter how quick Sia may be, no werewolf can outrun a Lycan, especially not the Alpha. Sia is determined though, as she dashes between trees, zigging and zagging to obscure her scent. I begin to hear the pounding of heavy feet against soft, dead leaves and underbrush. He’s not as loud as I thought he would be.
‘You better go faster Sia.’ I tease, knowing how much she hates to lose.
‘You think.’ She snaps.
I laugh as I sit back and enjoy the show. Sia jumps over a fallen tree, skidding in the dirt as she turns before bolting in another direction
‘Where are you going?’ I wonder.
Sia ignores me and I huff, I’m gonna remember that. I feel Sia try to go faster and listen closely. I hear the pounding of feet once again before Lucifer is right behind us. He nips at Sia’s stomach, causing her tail to raise and bush out. That probably wasn’t the best move to make against an Alpha Lycan but I wouldn’t expect any different from Sia. Any other wolf with common sense would have stopped running and showed their neck but we don’t submit easily. Besides, Sia is beyond stubborn.
‘A little less monologue, a little more help.’ Sia snaps, panting in exertion.
‘Oh, I’m sorry. I thought you didn’t need my input.’ I say.
‘Leila.’ Sia growls.
I roll my eyes before focusing my senses, feeling around me with my mind. I hear Lucifer’s thoughts. He thinks he’s about to catch us. I smirk as Sia forces herself faster, giving me an opening. I jerk my head up and roots lift from the ground, blocking Lucifer. I hear a growl and his thoughts. I laugh as he calls me a cheater.
Sia runs into a small clearing with a lake in the middle. We’re at the edge of Crescent Moon territory then. Sia starts to run around the lake. She doesn’t get far. Sia growls as we get tackled into the lake, water getting up her nose. It felt like getting hit by a truck. Sia tries to wiggle free of the thick, clawed arms hold but freezes at the feeling of teeth at the back of her neck. Lucifer bites into her neck, not hard enough to break the skin but enough to make Sia stop resisting. He pulls us out of the water, lifting us up with his grip on our neck, walking to the grass that spreads out from the forest. Lucifer sets Sia down, releasing his teeth just a bit. When Sia doesn’t make a move to run he lets go completely.
Lucifer nudges her stomach with his nose but she doesn’t react. He moves up to her neck and licks where he had bit her. Still nothing. Lucifer moves up to her face and licks her snout. Sia turns her head away with a huff.
‘Don’t be a sore loser, Sia.’ I say.
‘He didn’t have to bite my neck.’ Sia pouts.
‘It’s instinct, you know that. Look, you made him feel bad.’ I tell her.
I make Sia lift her eyes to Lucifer, he’s whining slightly and nudging her side. Sia huffs before lifting her head. She nudges Lucifer with her snout and licks his chest. Lucifer yips happily and lays his large body next to Sia. He keeps his head up, licking her neck before doing the same to the rest of her fur.
‘I swear, Leila, if you don’t take the man I will.’ Sia moans.
I roll my eyes, saying, ‘Well, I would if you’d stop being so horny and shift back.’
‘Why didn’t you say something?’ Sia yells.
‘I was being considerate. I know how much you’ve been wanting to spend time with him as a Lycan.’ I defend.
‘How many times have I told you to think about yourself?’ Sia says.
‘To much.’ I answer.
‘Whatever. After you mate, can I mate with him like this?’ Sia asks.
‘Of course you can. He’s just as much your mate as he is mine.’ I tell her.
‘I know. Now, let's shift back so you can fuck.’ Sia says before retreating to the back of my mind.
I laugh at her and begin to shift back. My bones pop into place, white fur being replaced with skin, red hair replacing ears, and my butt replacing Sia’s tail. I roll onto my back to see Lucifer staring at me, still in his Lycan form. I smirk at him, stretching my arms above my head. My back arching and legs bending slightly as my toes curl in the grass. I settle back down, Lucifer still gawking, a low rumble coming from him.
Smirking, I ask, “Are you just gonna stand and stare all night?”
Lucifer growls and begins to shift back. His black fur and claws disappearing along with all his wolfish looks until it was just Lucifer standing bare in front of me. His member standing tall and proud.
