Bonded

I called Lance to give him the exciting news of finding my mate.  I couldn’t hold it in any longer. Plus I miss talking to my brother.  This has been the longest we have ever been apart without communicating in some form.  I used the phone in Gray’s room to have some privacy. I told him about the bonding ceremony.  Lance told me the information he found out from a witch. After Gray finished his meetings for the day, he found me napping in his room. He walked quietly to the bed and caressed my cheek. I slowly opened my eyes and smiled.

“Hi beautiful.”

“Hi yourself. How long have you been here?” I asked.

“Not long. I was looking at how beautiful you look when you are asleep.” 

“Hmm. I say giggling. “What’s in the bags?”

“Clothes for you. I had a personal shopper to buy you some things. I had her put a rush on it. I wanted to make sure you had clothes before the afternoon.”

I quickly sat up in the bed and grabbed the bags from Gray.  There were five dresses, bras, panties, and shoes.

“How did you know what size I wore?”

“I asked Fatima.” 

I picked up a blue button down dress and a matching blue bra and panty set.  I ran to the bathroom to change out of my uniform into the outfit. The dress came a little below the knees. He even got me a pair of ballet looking shoes to match.  I was admiring myself in the mirror, when I caught his scent. I turned around to see him standing in the doorway.

“You look so beautiful.”

“Thank you. And thank you for the beautiful clothes. 

“The white dress is for our bonding ceremony.” He stated.

 I quickly remembered what Lance had said earlier, and I told Gray everything that we talked about and how we were going to try to get the wedding stopped between Prince Collin and I.  He listened intently, rubbing his chin.  

“Baby, you don’t have to worry about me rejecting you and my pack will fight to the death before I am killed.” He said with a serious look on his face.

I walked into his arms as we pressed our foreheads together. I closed my eyes and inhaled his scent.

“After we are bonded, I want us to plan our wedding. Then we will be legal in the human world.”

“I would like that very much.”

Gray pressed his soft lips against mine.  He deepened the kiss sliding his tongue in to mate with mine. I felt a slight tug of my hair.  He then moved to my neck, moving my hair out of the way. He licked the spot where he was going to leave his mark.

“I was going to wait until tonight to give you my mark, but I can’t wait any longer.”

Gray picked me up and carried me to the bed. He laid down with me still in his arms. He rolled to where he was on top and continued to kiss me. Then I felt his canines before the bite. I thought it would be a lot of pain but it wasn’t. I grabbed him tightly as he licked the spot where he made his mark. I stroked Gray’s stubbled cheek and he let out a loud howl. My wolf growled a low growl as she was wanting to take control.  Just as I was about to let my wolf have her fun there was a knock on the door. 

“Prince Gray, you are needed in the pack house.”

Gray looked at the door trying to gain control. The person on the other side knocked again.

Gray quickly jumped off the bed and flung the door open.  He had a murderous look on his face that startled the messenger.

“I’m, I’m sorry to bother you, but you are needed at the pack house.” He said quickly, turning and leaving.

Gray slammed the door and pressed his head against it trying to gain control.  I sat up, fixing my clothes and getting off the bed. Gray turned around to look at me with lust in his eyes.

“We will finish this later.” He said lustfully.

Before I could say anything, he was across the room and pulling me into his arms.  His nose was in my hair as he inhaled deeply.

“Tonight.” And he quickly went out the door toward the pack house.  I stood there smiling and missing his touch.

I decided to go to the kitchen to get a snack.  As I was eating, Queen Sierra walked into the kitchen.

“Hi, Lisa.”

“Hello, Queen Sierra. How are you today?”

“I am good and you?”

“I’m well.”

“Good. I have everything ready for the bonding ceremony. I feel that the pack has already accepted you.  Gray gave you his mark.” She said, looking at me with wonder. 

“Yes, he did.”

“Then we will have the ceremony today.  There is a full moon tonight to complete the bond and for you to be linked.

I nodded my head as the Queen continued to talk.  All I could think about was Gray and being completely bonded to him. She excused herself to make sure everything happened today and not in two days.

Gray spent most of the day at the pack house. I talked to Fatima in the maid quarters until it was time for me to get ready for the ceremony.  I put on the white dress and pinned my hair up so that Gray’s mark was visible to everyone.  I heard a knock on the door.  Aurora was sent to get me and take me where the ceremony was to take place.  We walked down a long hallway that led outside to a wooded area.  The Stirling pack was already there and Gray was in the center wearing a white shirt and pants.  He motioned for me to run so he could chase.  My eyes got adjusted to the darkness as the full moon shone above.  I took off running into the dark woods. I could sense Gray chasing behind me. I lifted my dress and took it off so I could shift into my wolf as I continued to run. As soon as I shifted, Gray’s wolf was there grabbing me. He had already shifted himself.  We consummated in the woods.  Gray let out a howl and the pack howled.  I could feel their acceptance and I howled. I went in search of my dress and put it back on.  Gray found his clothes and was putting them back on as well.  We walked back to where the pack was waiting for us. We were met with congratulations and well wishes.  I sent a mind link to the pack that I was happy to be a part of them. King David and Queen Sierra welcomed me to the family as their daughter in law.
