FOURTEEN Prior to heading for Frankston Hospital with Cal, Emma made a pot of vegetable soup, sufficient to feed Charlie for several days. Along the way, they stopped to purchase fresh bread, in the hope he would rest in his caravan for at least a few days, before returning to work.
