I wake up the next morning at 6.30am. Nice and early, gives me time to shower, dress and have breakfast with everyone else.
I walk into the dinning room to find the food being put out ready for half 7. The time everyone usually comes down. It’s only 7.15am. So I’ve still got some time before everyone rushes in.
The dining room is the biggest room in the pack house. It has a big long oak table going down the right side wall, with two doors on either side leading to the kitchen. There’s another big oak table on the other side. It’s smaller then the other one because this one is for all the high ranking wolfs to sit and eat at. The rest of the room is filled with other tables for all the other wolfs to eat at.
I get a plate full and find a seat at the big table since I’m the Alphas daughter.I’ve got pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs and some fruit with a nice hot cup of tea.
Yesterday after I got back to the changing rooms I told Kate and Violet everything even about the weird handshake guy. They both thought it was all unusual. I also got an after school for the fight which I don’t mind because it’s just more training anyway. After that I just went home and went to bed, not wanting to socialise with anyone because there’s just to much on my mind right now. With everything that happened yesterday I can’t get “lake” out my mind and I have no reason why.
Oh Goddess, his face, it looks like it’s been carved by the Goddess herself. With a defined jawline with a strip of beard hair following it around blending into his short dark brown hair. He has dark brown eyes with a bit of glow circle around his iras. His nose is just the right size for his face with high cheekbones. His plump red lips shaped perfectly, making me want to kiss them every time I see them.
I was pulled out of my day dream by my mum coming to sit next to me to have her breakfast.
“Morning baby. You have a good sleep” my mum said putting her mountain of food down and a cup of coffee.
I definitely get my appetite from her.
“Hey mum. Yes thank you, did you?” I said putting some fruit in my mouth.
“Yes I did. We didn’t see you last night at dinner, did your first day go alright?” She asked.
“Everything went fine. Just some beta female thought she could take me on in Physical” I tell her. I didn’t want to get into right now.
“Well I hope you put her in her place” my mum said. My mum is the most loving and caring person I have ever met and we’re pretty close but everyone knows not to get on the wrong side of her and not many people do.
The dinning room is packed with pack members now, everyone getting their own plate fulls and sitting down to eat.
Our table is now full with everyone eating and chatting.
“You ready to go guys?” I ask.
Kate Violet Jayson and Kyle all finish their breakfast and started walking out the pack house.
We arrived at school just before the bell goes. We all head straight for our first lessons.
My first lesson today is History. I have on my own because everyone else hates History but me I love it.
I walk into English and find a seat to the side of the room out the way. I get my note book and pens out just as i was putting them on the table Jade walks in and takes a seat a few from mine.
It’s just my look this b***h is in here. The only lesson I don’t have anyone she’s in it.
This is going to be interesting.
“What the hell are you doing in that seat?” Jade ask walking over to me.
“Look Jade I’m just here to learn I don’t need s**t from you every time you see me. Now go back to your own seat” I say in a bored tone.
“I said what the hell are you doing in that seat” she said again with more aggression.
“b***h what the f*ck does it look” I say annoyed now.
“Well you can’t sit there that seat there” she says pointing at the chair next to me. “That’s Blake’s chair so that means you will be seating next to him and I’m sure I told you to stay away from him.” She says leaning down to put her hand on the table.
“You really think that” I say pointing my finger at her head to toes as well as looking at her up and down. “Is meant to intimidate me” I chuckle.
Jades face went red and her eyes started glowing. Just then weird handshake guy “Lake” came up behind Jade.
“What are you doing?” He asked.
“What me?” Jade ask him after he raised an eyebrow at her. Not once has he glanced at me and for some reason it hurts.
“Who else would I be talking to?” He said sounding a bit annoyed.
“I was telling this b***h to get out of that seat.” She responds pointing at me and disgusts on her face.
I didn’t get a chance to respond because “Lake” spoke again “and what is your problem with her sitting there. It’s no one’s seat. You can’t just demand people around like you own the place. YOU need to learn your place and your ranking. She’s an Alpha your a beta so you need to show her some respect, before you get your ass handed to you.”
I burst of laughing seeing the look on Jades face. Priceless.
Just then the teacher walks in and everyone takes there seats. “Lake” sits next to me which confused me because I swear Jade said that’s Blake’s chair.
He gets his notebook and pens out. I can see the name on it which said Blake, just Black nothing else, which means I don’t know what pack he’s from so I will have to play nice so I don’t disrespect or addenda any packs my dad has alliances with.
So “lake” is Blake for short. How did I not realise it sooner. How didn’t I connect the dots. It was right in front of my face.
I thank the Goddess when the lesson is over. Before we could leave my teacher shouted at us “where ever you was sat today will be your seats for the rest of the year. So get comfortable with them and your neighbour”
Great now I’m gonna have to seat next to Blake for the rest of the year but not only that I will be getting death glares of Jade and her friends.
Just my luck.
The rest of the lessons goes by without any incidents. Thankfully. It’s Tuesday so training day for my pack.
We all get into our cars and make our way home.
“Meet you guys out here in 15 minutes” I said. We all go our separate ways to get ready for training. I put on some black shorts with matching sports bra. It’s bit windy outside so I put a white top over the bra. I know I will get to hot in a jacket. Then paired it with some black trainers. I run down stairs get a bottle of water from the kitchen then made my way outside to meet the others.
We’re all walking back to the pack house and I can’t wait to get in a nice warm shower then straight into my bed.
“Movie anyone?” Violet asked as we walk though the door.
“Yeah, we will go get snacks and drinks meet you in the theatre room in 15 minutes” Kate said dragging Jayson with her.
I guess my bed will have to wait.
