The English teacher paired the scholars accordingly and he ended up making ends meet . He paired up Elon with Glydin and Vlad with Elisse and she didn't like it at all so declared war on me

During the weekend, Glydin and the friends decided to go for jogging but on their way, they accidentally bumped into Elisse who was intentionally waiting for them .

" oh there you are, I was expecting you" said Elisse

" how did she know that we are here " said V

" that's not the point....." said Ora

" what do you want" " Glydin asked Elisse

" I want us to make a deal, you either Elon alone or you declare war on me by declining the deal " Elisse told Glydin

" She talking option 2 you savage bitch.." said Ora

Glydin kept quiet and thought it through and said " I'm taking none of the two you know. I can't walk my life on your finger tips. you can't rule my life and I can't be like you or the others."

" what do you mean by that don't you care about your friends. " said Elisse

" you're lonely at the top you have no one except your self

do you understand what I'm saying cool down because your downfall will be hard to lift back on it's feet. and by the way don't intimidate me with my friends became you ain't of their level excuse ." answered Glydin

" oh wow bestie now you're acting like a true Alexa" said Ora

" where do you get the audacity to talk to me in that manner " asked Elisse angrily but Glydin just kept on walking leaving Elisse stranded like a fool on a rope

" I hate... yo...... u ...... " shouted and everyone in the park looked at her and Glydin said " I know"

The next Monday, the English teacher briefed the paired scholars about what they were to do

Elon and Glydin were told to write about what home coming mean to them, Elisse and Vlad were to write about what senior prom mean to them, Elane and Ora were told to write about their first experience in high school, V and Ray were told to write about what Christmas meant to them and so we're other scholars and we're told to submit the work before the next Monday.

That evening after lessons, the scholars had to head home and as Glydin and her friends were heading out, they found Elon and his friends standing and decided to say hi

" let's do the work on Friday" said Glydin

" at my... or your abode " answered Elon

" yours of course, see you " she smiled as replied

they had to go home and Glydin said goodbye to Elon as she left for the bus stop with her friends

" oh wow she goodbye to you and you had a conversation without fighting, is it because you kissed her .." asked Elane but confused .

" fu* k you bro she's not who you think she is, she's not like the others." he answered

" ouch... that hit me harder but you will end falling for her .... you know and besides, she's not a wrong catch "

he answered

" I now realize why she thinks that you're gasbags come on let's give them a ride "

the boys headed to bus stop and gave the ladies a ride. Elon and Glydin rode home without saying a single word to each other and the car was as silent as a grave. on reaching her home safely he got out of the car and opened the door for her " thanks " she said

" I think this is goodbye" he said

" I'll see you on Friday ok bye "she answered

Elon didn't feel like letting Glydin go but he had no choice so he said " Can I call you "

" sure why not " she said with a smile on her lips but in heart.

As Glydin was having an evening work out she saw Elon and decided to ignore him but he saw her and ran towards her and gave her a bottle of water

" thanks but was not necessary though this town is so small and there's no way one can hide from some faces."

said Glydin.

" what's with the attitude? don't think that I'm stalking you this is a public place and I can leave if you don't need my company. answered Elon and decided to give her space.

but as he was leaving she held his hand and said " I'm sorry about that but there's space for the both of us . they smiled at each other had a little chat to know more about each other and escorted her home

Elon had something to say but he decided to swallow it but Glydin noticed it and she asked her what the matter could be but he kept quiet. She thanked him for the company and told him to call her whenever he needed someone to talk to.

on Friday, they decided to do the teacher's work. Elon picked her up and took her to his home showed him around and took him yo his study room where the accomplished the work from. they wrote as they chatted for four good hours until they came up with what write .

when they finished writing, Elon's mom asked Glydin to stay and have dinner with them she looked at Elon and he looked so eager to hear a "yes" from her mouth and she said it

As dinner went on, Elon's mom asked Glydin whether she was in love with his son and almost chocked her. Elon helped her to answer with no and " we are just friends" as he added. Elon's mom told her everything about him up to his dad's death. and how he has couped up with the situation and she would wish her to be his son's girlfriend.

"Why me ? you don't even know me" she said to her

I don't need to know you because my son's attitude and behavior have changed ever since he met you and I thank you for that but please don't break him up .

Elon drove Glydin home and wished her a good night. on Monday, all the scholars represented their work to the teacher and it was Elon and Glydin's time now .
