“Your parents let Lina take over the alpha's office. Everything was under her control. I couldn't do anything. No one listened to me. I am telling you, everyone hates me. No one respects me, but I am your mate. Aren't I?”
Rayna’s complaints were never ending. Three days have passed since I returned. Everyday she had something to complain about.
“Tell me, Luca. I don't understand why you are tolerating this. I am your better half. Am I not your equal? I want to be respected.”
I sighed. “Rayna, I am tired. Can we talk about this later?”
She rolled her eyes. “You are always tired. You don't have time for your Luna anymore. You don't spend time with me. You don't care that your pack members, including your family, don't respect me like they should. I feel like an outsider
