We spent hours communicating through our mental link, brainstorming ways to trick her and the vampires. Whatever we planned, we knew we had to be ready for a massive comeback from the vampires. What I wanted to do was lure them into somewhere they couldn’t escape and kill them in one swift blow. They were fast, and even a split second could make a massive difference.
“It would be so easy if one of us could sneak into their palace,” Lina remarked.
