Gregory's POV I groaned inwardly after Kylie left before turning to face Nadia. "How did you know Kim had called, Nadia?" I asked, my brows c****d at her intently. "She called through the landline, Mr Greg." She answered, and I watched as she stood uncomfortably on her spot, staring downcast. "And?" I drawled. She shook her head but never said a word, and I added. "Did you see anything, Nadia?" I rebutted, and when I saw she wasn't answering, I snarled, "Did you?" If she did, I wouldn't hesitate to lay her off at that moment, but I wouldn't, anyway. Nadia has been a chief maid for me for so long, I understood her predicament and where her loyalty belonged. "N-No, Sir. I only got here a moment ago." She stuttered. "You can leave." I dismissively said, and hurriedly, she scurried away.
