The next morning came like a whirlwind, and I found myself out of bed to get prepared for work. Fortunately, after much persuasion last night, Gregory allowed me a day on for work. I had so many questions to ask Roi hopefully.
"You mean to tell me Gerald did that to you?" Jarvis asked over the phone, her eyes widened in shock and bemusement as we did a video chat while I dressed up.
"Doesn't it look like it? Infact, I wouldn't be getting dressed right now if Roi hadn't saved me on time." I responded.
Her eyes widened more. "Wait, Roi was with you last night?"
I shrugged my shoulders. "Yeah, you haven't been listening to everything I've been saying for up to three minutes until I mentioned Gerald's name?"
She rolled her eyes. "Come on, other parts weren't fun
