When Nina had notified me that Gregory was about leaving the company, I dropped all files I was handling at that moment, and went after him, making sure Kim didn't beat me to it. And to my utmost shock, I was deadpanned when he chose me to come with him instead.
I thought he didn't want me to? Who was I kidding? I didn't miss the look of anger that shimmered in Kim's eyes as we drove away from the company, and for a particular reason, I felt like I had won.
