Rex took a few sips of the already cold coffee. He missed his hot coffee because his gaze did not turn from the cell phone next to the coffee cup. The cell phone screen showed four of the dozens parts of his house that were highlighted by CCTV and just now Rex saw dozens of people running from the park to the building where he was.
Apart from the intruder who didn't pass through the gate to enter Rex's house, there were other guest who chose to approach Rex the normal way. The guest parked the car in front of the gate and called Rex on the intercom. It wasn't long before the gate opened so the guest didn't have to execute his backup plan to keep up with what the intruders were up to.
