A little Jealous

Victory saw everything in a hidden camera which is located inside each restroom cubicle, even when Danny tried to kiss Liz on the lips but she refused and pushed him aside. He was trying to harass her and she was saying that he wanted to talk but he didn’t really want that in the first place. I was dumb founded and felt angry like I wanted to squeeze the life out of the man, called Danny. But I was able to contain myself when Liz really wanted to have nothing to do with him at all. I think he is the Danny that Liz was dating like five years ago and was rumored that she dumped because he was a womanizing prick. That look of a man whom you can really see by one look as a playboy. Chris is not that, he acts like a playboy but can’t even pass as a boy next door. He is cute but not cute enough to be liked by girls. Well, besides me, Veronica says so too. Anyways we’re his best friends so we don’t really count as valid judges on looks. Ha ha. Anyway, going back to Danny, I need to make things right and give him a lesson he won’t forget. Liz is part of the company and one of the heads here plus a partner of my firm. He can’t just shove or boss my bosses around like that. Plus I’m pissed he did that to her, maybe it’s me starting to get jealous of whoever gets close to Elizabeth.

Sherrie, can you come here for a sec., Victory said calmly. Sherrie went out of Victory’s office and came back with Danny who looked a bit worried losing the air he had when he tried to kiss Liz at the restroom.

When I was talking with Danny, he was quiet and timid. He seemed to cry not and about to burst when I told him what happened in the restroom with Liz. He was sorry and wanted to explain about the issue. He asked whether Elizabeth complained or what, why he is being released from his position. All in all, we have thirty regular employees including the heads, trainers, team leaders and supervisors. The agents in the company is about 500 now and counting. 

No!, not really but it’s just I wanted to confirm with you if what you did is manly and respectful especially to women and to one of our heads especially Liz, Victory added explaining the thought of the issue. Is it because you are just jealous since Liz dated me. And you’re getting back at me?, Danny asked bravely and this triggered a negative vibe and hostility between him and Victory.

No, I will not be the person to be interrogated here, it’s you. Write me a letter explaining about the issue and there I’ll decide on what I’ll do with you. This is private thing and I wanted to talk to you first before I disclose this with Liz, okay! Go back to work now, Victory said nicely.

Maybe you’re taking this incident too far Vic, It’s Liz and it’s been years since they were together. You know that for a fact, Besides it’s they’re personal problem, we’re out of it legally, Sherrie told Victory honestly tapping her shoulder. Maybe you’re just jealous or maybe trying to get back on Liz since you haven’t forgiven what she did to you before?

Victory thought of the past and was angry about it. Yet thinking about the incident that happened with Liz and Danny, it isn’t the reason why she wanted to reprimand Danny but to protect Liz. Sherrie already left and closed Vic’s door. She nodded to acknowledge Liz when she opened Victory’s door of her office without knocking and angrily shouted at the CEO for intruding with her personal life.

Why are you meddling with my personal affairs? Vic, Danny have been here since your company, started and we it’s not his fault that he fell in love with me and now this?. Explain how you knew about our talks?, Liz asked hating Vic now.

Victory pushed a button and cameras appeared from everywhere. Liz saw one with her and Danny having a heated argument in the restroom yesterday. Her eyes are as big as the eyes of a gold fish now. She went to Victory and tried to slap her but the Big Boss stopped it and held it firmly, not wanting to let go. Victory is taller than Liz, about 2 feet and she is more slender but fit. Her body is more muscular than before since she runs, does gym and exercises regularly. Her grip is so strong that Liz’s felt her hand is being crushed, so she calmed down and settled by pulling it from Vic.

I know and I’m sorry but he is disrespecting one of my heads and that is against the rules of the company. I’m sure you know that clearly since you signed the contract recently, Victory said pointing the fact about their rules in the office. But it’s a personal matter Vic and …, Liz halted when Vic moved closer in front of her and crossed her arms signalling that she’s ready to listen to her explanation. And….it’s a personal matter he and I need to settle. Actually there’s nothing to settle anymore since we separated a year ago. He is just there to talk with me, but I didn’t want to deal it with him making advances, so I shoved him.

Okay, I believe you. I won’t fire him but advise him not to do it again, to you or any of the employees here, or his a*s is toast. Got it!, Victory cried calmly and about to turn her back from Liz when she pulled Vic’s face and kissed her lips. Victory’s eyes got big and pushed Liz away. What are you doing?, god, Liz!, Victory aid so shocked but still tasting Liz’s tongue and mouth, vanilla coffee and mint. Maybe you really wanted my kiss and so jealous of Danny, huh!

Liz, you’re so dead, wrong, no!, I only did that because what happened is against policy and it’s not about you personally, Victory replied trying to make Liz sound crazy.

Oh, okay, then, how about asking me to do something so you’ll just let this slide, for me, Vic, please! , My reputation is on the line here! Danny is not going to let this go and he’ll fry me through social media, Liz now teary eyed pleading for Victory’s understanding. Okay, I will do it because it is the right thing to do yet he’ll be receiving a red mark on this and still need to file an explanation letter about the issue. It’s just going to be just between you and him. And another thing, I want to see you here later and talk to you about something, Victory added seriously and nodding to her that she can already leave the office.

Liz felt relieved but is now nervous. What can it be that she needed to ask me to stay at her office later?
