THE VAMPIRES SECRET

CHAPTER FOUR

Mom let me go to school after the agreement that I call her if something happens and I went off to school.

As usual Bryan and his minions came to bully in the bus but I ignored them. When we go to school I avoided them as much as I could and didn't want any trouble because now that am staved any little anger may result to something bad.

Also for the gact that I was still humgry for blood I could loose control and kill someone. Like last night I wanted to stop by I couldn't and I still craved her blood nut I waas scared of losing her like I lost my parents.

I succeeded in avoiding them for the morning but on my way to the the cafeteria they came out of nowhere and cornered me.

"Hey dumb boy, long time no see" Bryan said and they laughed like he said something so funny that could burst their intestines if they didn't laugh.

"I don't want to cause any trouble so leave me alone" I said an pushed him away. I was about to leave when one of his friends drew me back and pushed me to the locker, "I don't think we are done here" he said with a grin.

"We haven't seen you cause trouble yet" Bryan said and motion for his friends to grab my hands. They pinned them both sides on the locker while Bryan came fave yo face with me.

"I told you we weren't done" he said and grabbed my hair. God I wanted to run not because I didn't want to cause trouble but his breath they stink, I wonder how his girlfriends could cope with such smell.

He grabbed my head and pushed it back to pin in to the wall, then he came close and whispered in my ears "make sure you run home to mommy" he gave a slap and punched my nose just then I snapped, I grabbed his friends by the collar and jammed there heads together and they fell to the ground.

A bit walking by ran to inform the school about the fight and I grabbed Bryan and pushed him to the locker. I held him by his neck strangling him but his friends attacked me. I used my elbow to knock one down then the other one ran backward.

I tightened my hold around Bryan when I got sliced at the back. I whinced in pain and turned around to see the other boy with a knife and my blood seeping from it.

As I walk towards him his hands were trembling and he let go of the knife, I grabbed his shirt and threw him across the other side of the locker. Bryan was still trying to recover his breath and looked red.

While the crowd cheered at my victory as I turned to look at them they became silent and looked away from me.

Just then I heard a voice "that's enough, all of you in my office now" that was the principal voice, I knew now that I was in trouble.

The principal called the school nurse to come treat my wounds but I refused because I knew it was going to be healed by now but he insisted. When the nurse came and took off my clothes to clean the wounds it wasn't healed. I guess it was because I was starved. I haven't drank blood since forever.

"You're lucky it's not so deep" the nurse said and left. The principal turned to us "you boys are in so much trouble but before I give any judgement I'll call your parents first". He went to his table and started to dial the numbers, I was scared and my hear raced. I was in so much trouble, I thought he was just going to give us detention and that was all but I was wrong.

He called Bryant's parents first but they didn't answer I could see the relieved face on him then next wæ the other boy Jason but his parents didn't pick either next he called Mike's parents but still no answer. I guess we were in luck. He decided not to call mom since none of the other boys parents answered.

"Seems like you boys are in luck today, well since none of your parents answered you will have to come with them to School tomorrow" he dropped the bombshell on us. Our faces turned pale, calling or parents was way better than telling them ourselves.

"But sir can't you just try their numbers again?" Bryan said with fear in his voice.

"Ohh you are scared, well you should have thought about it when you were fighting and it's a good thing they didn't pick. It's a good punishment for you telling your parents" he said with a smirk. I felt like punching his face but there was no use cause that will only get me in more trouble.

Worse of it all he gave us all detention for the that day.

While in detention Bryan came up to me "you've seen what you've caused jerk" he said angrily.

"How's this my fault, you attacked me first and I've been avoiding trouble but you wouldn't let me be so it's high time I kick your butt and I'll be glad to do it again" I said with anger rising in my voice. He friends just kept their head down.

After detention on my way home I thought of many ways to tell mom but all I had were stupid ideas.

I got home and mom was already in the living room waiting for me.

"Hey mom, how are doing?, How's your day going?

"I got a call from the school and am wondering why?" She looked at me straight to the eyes I hated when she did that.

"Ummm, am sorry and I tried to control myself but I couldn't. Bryan and his friends wouldn't leave me alone" I burst out. She looked at me for a moment "so why did the principal called me?"

"They want you to come to school with me tomorrow" I said grimacing as the words came out of my mouth.

"Alright" .

"Just like that?, You're not mad at me?" I asked confused I didn't expect telling her would be this easy.

"Yes and I know you tried your best and didn't want to get in trouble" she said "come on let's eat" she said and left to serve food while I went to my room to shower and change before coming down to eat. I ate in peace because I had told mom everything that happened and it was easy. I wondered how Bryan and his friends were doing with theirs.

I slept peacefully but in the morning when we got to School I was worried seeing all the boys father's while I came with mom. I was afraid they would intimidate her since she was a woman.
