THE VAMPIRES SECRET

CHAPTER TWO

Micheal woke up to the beautiful sun rays poking his eyes. He rubbed his eyes before getting down from bed and went to the bathroom he brushed his teeth and took his bath before heading to the dining.

"Good morning" he kissed his mom from behind and she at him "Good morning baby, how was your night?", "Good and yours?" He replied as he made his way to sit. She served breakfast and they both ate happily. After eating he stood up and took his bag "bye mom" he said kidding her forehead, "but you didn't finish" she said worried.

"Am full" he said. "Ok don't forget your lunch" she called out to him as he rushed out. He grabbed his lunch and ran for the door "bye mom, I love you" .

"Love you too son" she replied. She cleared the table and went to get her bag to leave for work.

Micheal sat at the bus stop waiting for his school bus to arrive, he hoped they were late and he hadn't missed it. Soon the bus arrived and he got in and went to sit at the third roll next to the window where he always sat, he pluged on his headphone and began to play his favorite song while looking out the window. The bus stopped a few times and picked some more people before heading to the school.

The ride was going smoothly until Bryan and his minions came up to him. They have been troubling him lately and made it worse but not seeming to care. He was the school weirdo because he always ate on his own, he had no friends, he never spoke to anyone and always minded his own business but some people just couldn't let him be. He only let them get away because his mom warned him to stay away from fights due to him being a vampire. "No one has to find out who you are else they'll kill you or take you to some lab and use you for experiment" he mom warned him.

"Well, well, well if it isn't Micheal dumb" Bryan said and grabbed his headphone from his ears and they laughed. Michael turned angrily to him.

"Give it back" he said.

"Or what gonna run home crying to mummy?" He said and everyone laughed. Bryan felt like punching him hard in the face but remembered his mother's warning and decided to stay calm.

"Why do you keep such hair cut, you look like a chicken" one if Bryan's friend said and everyone laughed in returned. Micheal tried his best to stay calm. He reached for the headphone in Bryan's hand but he refused to give it, he reached again and Bryan tossed it to his friend and then to another. They kept tossing it until Michael snapped and pushed Bryan and he fell on his friends, he then bent down and picked his headphone and put it back on. Everyone laughed at Bryan and he got mad and got up to attack Michael but the driver yelled at him to stop. He glared at Michael "this isn't over" he said before walking back to his seat and his friends followed.

The rest of the ride was quiet apart from some girls chatting about boys and makeup. Micheal plugged back his headphone and continued to look outside the window. He could sense that Bryan and his friends was glaring at him but he didn't seem to care, he just let his mind flow into the music.

When they arrived at school, the bus stopped Micheal rushed out and headed straight to his class cause he didn't want any trouble with Bryan. They trailed after him but he was fastest so he reached his class before they could attack him just then the teacher walked in and he went to his seat. As usual he, was mute till the class ended and didn't seems to pay attention to any word that was said but always came out the best.

People wondered how he does it but since he never spoke to anyone, no one came to him. After three classes it was time for lunch, he went to his usually spot to eat and hoped he didn't run into Bryan. Luckily for him Bryan was at the field the coach called for an emergency so he was free to eat his food in peace. After eating he went back to class and was mute for the rest of the day. When school was over he went home, he didn't even see Bryan and his friends in the bus on their way home.

He got home and went to his room to shower before going to the kitchen to make lunch for himself. His mom came home late at night so he had to take care of himself since he refused them having a maid. He took the bowl of chicken sauce and put it in the microwave while boiled some rice.

After eating he went to his room and played video game till he was exhausted. He decided to take a walk around the park since he had no friends. He plugged on his headphone and left for the park. On his way to the park he sensed danger he tried to ignore it but it kept disturbing him when he finally turned around he saw a little girl walking in the center of the road and there was a truck coming.

He jumped and pushed the girl aside before the truck could hit them. He could just teleported them away but he didn't want to get people suspicious about him. After the truck passed he carried the girl dusted her dress before taking her to her mother on the other side of the road.

"Oh my baby" the woman hugged her tight then she turned to Micheal "thank you so much, you're an angel sent to save my daughter" she suddenly pulled him in for a hug.

After what seemed like ages she let him go and he headed on the park. He sat down on the bench enjoying the view and the sweet smell of grass. It was getting late so he decided to go home. He got home before his mom and decided to watch TV.
