Crisp air tickles her nose and Báine opened her eyes. The Christmas roses were stretched impressively to the sky as if they were high shrubs and not low field flowers. Their tops are covered in fluffy white. The usually calm, white vastness was covered in grey clouds. It was her first visit in a while and this world was filled with unease. Báine sat up as cotton fell from the sky, “I guess it snows here as well.” In the rustling, Báine heard movement differently. She looked behind her but it was hard to see anything in the all-white floral. Her eyes kept flitting over the colour concealed stalks. Báine realised a section swayed differently from the rest.
