He greeted The Divebomberz on the wide sidewalk in front of his club and helped the band unload their gear from the truck, trailer, and van. Johnny tugged on the brim of his cowboy hat. “I never hired a band without hearing them first. You guys better be good. I spent a ton on promotion for tonight.
