Somewhere in Latvia, Riga city eleven years ago.
“Alina, Alina? Where are you? Come grandmother and grandfather are here to see you. They brought birthday and Christmas presents for you. Come now,” shouted Alina’s mother Carolina. “Ok, I am coming mummy.” Replied Alina coming down from her bedroom upstairs.
“Oh, that is our granddaughter. Come Alina to your grandmother,” said grandmother opening her arms to welcome her. Alina ran to her grandmother and hugged her.
“It’s not just my birthday tomorrow it’s Christmas as well grandmother,” said Alina with her eyes wide opened.
