The contract with the drainage system was a success. In just a short time, we made a lot of profit. The board was thrilled and I got a lot of credit for recommending the company.
Adonis kept true to his word and our contract agreement and ensured my company received a generous share of the profits.
Ericorps, on the other hand, was spiraling downwards, its fortune going down the drain. My life was finally starting to make a lot of sense.
