Elizabeth agreed to take Dawn on some private fight lessons. Dawn would sneak out of Veronica's house late at night just to go meet with Elizabeth.
When asked by Elizabeth why he chose the nights for the training. He lied again saying his job doesn't give him time during the day.
The training was more of an intimate one as he would always hold and touch sexually and always giving her s****l glances.
