"Dude, really! You let him attend the party without you?"
Keith has been making fun of me the night Elliot left to attend a birthday party. Given my possessiveness, they all assumed I was going to turn into Tyrantrum if Elliot goes to an event without me tagging along.
I slumped back to the couch I was sitting on. Worried, yes. But he's with his best friend. I'm okay with that. I won't die over thinking what he's doing out there. Or if he's getting hit on by others. Or if he's having fun without me. Or if he's-- Argh!!!
"Caleb is with him, don't you know?" I told Keith, almost too calmly. It was more for me though. I was assuring myself blindly.
I heard Grayden and Bohdi laugh while playing billiards. We're in the game room of my house, just hanging out.
