"Oh, come on Alejandra this party will be so fun, please come." Jade Hurly begged her best friend Alejandra Jones. " What the f**k ever I guess Jade I'll be there am I picking you up on the way or what ??", Alejandra asked her friend annoyed. "Yep", Jade replied popping the p. "Fine whatever I'll be by after work be ready", is all Alejandra says before cutting the line. Alejandra usually work nights and early mornings cleaning up at the rabobank arena in Bakersfield California. She would clean up after concerts or hockey games or any big major activity to be thrown in the town such as the concerts or hockey games and many many different things like that. luckily she didn't have to work too late tonight she be getting off around 10:30 to 11 p.m. due to the fact that it was a job seminar earlier in the day so she have plenty of time for the party. Few hours after talking to Jade and agreeing to go to this party Alejandra found herself finishing up at work looking at the time seeing that was only 11:13 p.m. she closed up went out to her car got in and proceeded to drive home where she proceeds to shower and get dressed for the party getting back in her car after she feels that she looks decent enough for a party she drives over to Jade's picking her up and they head off to the party. They drink and socialize with everybody Ariana starts to not feel so very good her head starts to hurt she starts to feel a little sick so she asked her friend Jade if there was anybody she knew that had a license and it hadn't been drinking that could drive her home in her car. Alejandra didn't feel right drinking and driving and she didn't want to break any laws she also didn't want have an unlicensed driver behind the wheel she was really truly trying to stay self-conscious and obey and obeid by the laws. Jaded found this guy named Jim who had not been drinking and had a license Jaden known this guy for ever so Alejandra trusted her friend and proceeded to let Jim driver home he asks if on the way he could stop by his house and pick up his backpack because it was on the way to her house she thought why not no big deal go ahead it's fine by me just as long as you get me and Mike are back home in one piece. As Jim pulls away from his house and gets about two blocks away the police pull them over Alejandro's not freaking out because the only problem that she has is that her sticker in the windshield is a 10 and it was only 2 days into the 11th month she didn't think it'd be that big of a deal but little did she know ..... The cops come up and get gems ID and proceeded to tell them they're taking the car not caring that Alejandra has to be to work the next day in the least which is fine they're just doing their job right the officers nice and kind enough to let Alejandra get her things out of the car well Jim had took off left his license with the police and everything but he didn't grab his backpack Alejandra found this odd she thought to herself maybe she should grab the backpack for him but then decided that she would just get it when she got the car out of impound. The police let her go oh on her Merry way she gets about 4 and 1/2 5 blocks away and a cop car comes swooping up on her lights blaring with guns drawn as he gets out talking about put your hands above your head and get on the ground never once reading her rights or telling her she's arrested he places her handcuffed in the back of the cop car takes her downtown and still never once telling her that she's arrested or why she's being detained or why she's even been brought down town she sits in the holding cell and then put in interrogation room for 3 hours before an officer comes in and begins questioning her. the officer States flat out that he knows that the backpack that they found in the car containing 16.4 grams of methamphetamines 90-something hydrocortisone pills AKA norcos generic a whole bunch of baggies and all kinds of other things we're not hers before he even started questioning her he stated that he knew that it was Jim's and that she only had to State the following sentence and she could go free ,"JIM WHOEVER SELLS METHAMPHETAMINES", Alejandra started crying at this because she didn't know this man she didn't know that this was true and she told the officers much she told him that she was at a party she was feeling sick he was only wearing their that hadn't been drinking and had a license and he proceeded to tell her that well unless you say that exact sentence you are responsible for what is found in your vehicle along with charges that come with a books in your vehicle Alejandro started crying again and told the officer pretty much well I guess I have to take the charges and responsibilities for what was found in my vehicle even though I don't mess with that stuff I guess I have no other choice. 

FLASH FORWARD

105 days later Alejandro found herself pleading no contest 2 transporting of methamphetamines cells of methamphetamines possession with the intent to sell and many other charges all felonies just so she could getout of jail for the first time in a hundred and five days. She had lost her job she had lost her car she had lost her friends she had nothing and no one to turn to so she did the only thing she could think to do she went home to her father.
