The next day, Yvonne was awakened by a knock on the door.
The knock wasn’t from the outside door, but from her bedroom.
She opened her eyes in a daze. Her mind was still not clear, so she directly asked who it was.
Elliot was speechless, "Who else could it be but me?"
Yvonne answered, "Oh, what are you doing? Is there something wrong?"
Elliot said, "Come out for a while. I'll use the bedroom."
Yvonne turned over and held the quilt, "Come in."
Elliot waited for a while before pushing open the door and entering.
He only stood at the door and his pajamas were well-dressed.
He looked at Yvonne and said calmly, "Come out for a moment and I'll take a shower. It won't take long."
Yvonne closed his eyes, "If you don't use the bed, feel free. I'll continue to sleep."
