Chapter 9 'Two Mates'

I woke in an empty room. Why would he do this to me? I lifted my hand to my head; it was tender, and some dried blood was in my hair. I went into my closest to grab some clothing before I went to shower. I cannot cry. Do not cry. You need to stay strong to face him.

As I was walking towards the closet door after grabbing a t shirt and some leggings, I heard Gideon yell.

"Jane! Where are you?" I thought I heard panic come from his voice, but I was most likely hearing things. I started shaking I was terrified. I do not want to upset him again. Just needed to be calm talk to him and let him leave again so I could shower.

"I'm sorry, I was just looking for clean clothing so I could change after a shower." I said trying to control my voice.

He started coming right at me quickly, I back up just to run into the closet door, I prepared myself for another strike across the face, but instead he dropped to his knees in front of me. What the f**k is going on. This man is going to give me whiplash.

"I beg you to forgive me. I lied and I hurt you. I know I do not deserve your forgiveness, but I am asking for it regardless. Please." He pleaded. I am pissed, hurt and my heart feels like it has been smashed with a hammer.

"I don't understand why you acted that way towards me Gideon. I was coming back to you so I could talk to you and try to understand what was going on, instead I was dragged home, and you hit me." I tried to say calmly but it came out cold.

" I am sorry, so sorry I should have never laid a hand on you in anger, I will do whatever you'd like me to. Please listen." He began telling me about his mother going to the Moon Goddess for help becoming pregnant with her children, than in return she promised her twin sons to me and the Moon Goddess, he told me that my intended mate was both himself and his brother Victor who had been wrongly banished. It was so much to take in, but it all made sense with what the goddess told me. As I was lost in thought I never realized that Gabriel took control.

"Little one, please forgive us. We acted without thinking. We promise to never harm you in anyway and we promise to never touch you again without your permission." Gabriel chocked out the last part.

"Gabriel... " I breathed as I dropped to my knees in font from of him. Grabbing his face, I placed a feather soft kiss to his lips. "I forgive you, this one time. But if it happens again, I will not be so understanding. I cannot bear the thought of never having your touch again. Please do not stop." I said as I rubbed my thumb up and down his cheek. I wanted to be angry, I wanted to never forgive him, but I know that I cannot do any of that because I love him and understand why he reacted the way he did. It was for his self-preservation. He did not want to get hurt. The thought of never feeling is touch killed me.

"We love you. More than you will ever know." Gabriel said as he wrapped his arms around me pulling me on to his lap. He started placing soft kisses to my lips, cheeks, neck and down on to my chest. He rested his head over my heart and just listened until Gideon took control back.

"Please forgive me Jane. I was wrong in so many ways. I lied to you and I hit you. You do not have to forgive me and but please allow me to I work the rest of my life making it up to you." He said as tears began rolling down his face.

I wrapped my arms squeezed tighter around my neck, "Gideon, I love you and I forgive you. This one time." 

"You’re too good for me." he said pulling back.

We made slow passionate love until we both felt the need for a shower. Showers with Gideon were always amazing in a way I craved. I loved the feeling of his strong fingers washing my hair and when he softly washes my body.

"Victor and Mother will be here anytime now, can I help you dress?"  he asked 

"No, it’s alright I am just going to put a t-shirt and leggings on." I said with a sweet smile. 

"Okay, I love you." he said 

" I love you." I said before exiting the washroom, "Oh hello mother, it is nice to see you again."  jumped a little, I did not expect them to just be in the room waiting.

Gideon came out with a towel wrapped around his waist to see his brother and my mother standing by the fireplace in our room. As he stepped closer to me, we heard a low growl coming from Victors direction. He smiled kissed me on the head before he went to find clothing. 

"Hello, my child, are you well?" She asked me while looking in Gideon's direction. 

"Yes Mother, I am better now. We are better now." I replied as I looked towards his brother. "Victor it’s nice to meet you in person." 

"It's nice meeting you as well. I was hoping we could talk privately." he said "If that is alright with you and our Goddess." 

"Of course, Gideon can show me the garden while you two sit and talk." she said with a smile as she walked towards Gideon who was walking out of the closet.

I walked over to him and began kissing him softly ignoring his brothers growls he wrapped his arms around me and deepened the kiss.

I pulled away and looked up at him saying "I love you, behave. I would like to talk to you later, alone." 

"I love you too." he said before walking out of the room leaving me and Victor alone. I am so nervous, what are we going to talk about? Maybe about how they are both meant to me my mate. Two mates how am I going to handle that when I can hardly handle the one. I turned away from the door and looked back in Victors direction. He stood there with a big smile on his face, God he was handsome.

"I am assuming my brother has already told you about me?" He asked as he moved around the sofa and towards me.

"Um, Yes. You and he were promised to me. You didn’t kill your father and it's up to me if I want one or both of you as my life mates." I said quickly. He made me nervous but in a good exciting way like Gideon did.

"Yes that sums it up, I wanted to talk to you in the hopes you would want to be my mate." he finished standing directly in front of me he smelt so good, lavender and cedar it was intoxicating.

"Well let’s say I chose you wouldn’t that make me a w***e?" I asked in a profoundly serious voice.

He didn’t like my question at all, he grabbed my face with both hands making me look up at him as he said "You are not and never will be that, do not ever call yourself that again." His face was so close to mine I could smell his breath; it was like breathing the forest in.

I smiled and replied "Of course, I am sorry. All I meant was I will not give Gideon up. But if I chose to have you to wouldn’t that look badly on me?"

He moved his face closer to mine our lips almost touching all I had to do was move my lips up just a little more and I could see if he tasted as good as he smelled. "You can have both of us, and we will both claim you as our own."

With that I made my move, pressing my lips firmly against his, I licked his bottom lip asking for entrance into his mouth which granted still holding my face firmly in his grasp. My god he tasted so good, chocolate and vanilla. As I slipped my tongue into his mouth he moved his hands down to my thighs, gripping them he pulled me up wrapping my legs around his waist, I could feel the muscle under his clothing and the wetness forming between my legs. He swiftly moved us so he was able to pin me to a wall and he continued his assault on my mouth,  I wanted more so much more, but I needed to know him first so I pulled my face away and stared at him. 

"Please let me down, I can't do this. Not yet, I need to know you better." I said even though my body and wolf were screaming in frustration. He nodded and gently placed me on my feet, holding my waist until I was steady. "Thank you, Victor."

A sly smile spread across his face "Oh no baby girl, I am not Victor." s**t, his wolf.

"Well who are you than and why isn't Victor in control?" I said trying to be brave, but I was still pinned between his warm hard body and the wall making it hard to hold myself accountable.

"I am Valentino Love; it is very nice to meet you." He said as he ran his finger up across my hardened n****e. "Now why do you want us to stop pleasing you?"

"I don’t know you, and I just made love to your brother not even 30 minutes ago. " I said and instantly regretted it. Valentino's went pitch black, as he growled and lowered his face closer to mine, his lips brushed against mine, without warning I let a moan out and he smiled. Pressing his lips firmly against mine he started his mind-numbing assault again.

"Please.…" I was able to say with heavy breathing.

"Please what baby girl, do you want me to stop? Do you want me to do more? Tell me what you want." He said

"You." is all I could say even though everything logical was telling me not to go forward to wait. My body took over. He picked me and wrapped my legs around his waist than pinned my arms to the wall above my head with one hand, he moved his other hand under my shirt to my breast and squeezed softly. He moved my shirt up over my eyes letting nothing, but my mouth and nose come through the collar. I could not see a thing which made it all the move exciting. I could feel his hot breath against my erect n****e before he flicked it with his tongue causing me to push my core against his in response.

"Your very receptive baby girl, I like this." before he sucked my n****e between his teeth, he gave a sharp nip and made fire move through my vein's as I let out a small cry. "Do you want me to stop baby girl?"

"No please don’t stop." I begged

"What do you want me to do?" he asked as he let my hands go and while setting me on my feet he started trailing kisses down my stomach, he hands moved to the edge of my yoga pants before pulling them down baring my core to him, I heard a deep powerful growl before feeling his mouth on my c**t. I through my head back and place my leg across his shoulder as he helped with the other one while he kept his mouth on me, tasting and devouring. I moaned loudly and cried out his name. He placed two fingers inside of my core and worked quickly until I came undone around him. He went to place my clothing back where it was. He stood up and kissed me deeply asking me.

"You taste good, don’t you?"

"Yes Sir" I said breathlessly,

"Mmhmm, I like the way that sounds baby girl, say it again." he said with a smile

"Yes Sir" I said one more time before opening my eyes to find a pair of beautiful grey eyes staring back at me.

"That is what you must look forward to with me, that and more. If you decide to choose us too." he said with a smile as he backed away to give me some breathing room. I started fixing my clothing and my hair when I heard.

"I am sorry for that Jane, I wanted you so badly, as soon as I caught your scent that’s all I could think about." He said

"Victor?" I asked as I stepped closer.

"Yes" he said looking down. I came up and wrapped my arms around his neck before placing a soft kiss to his lips.

"I will choose you too, but on one condition." I said

"Anything." He said with a smile.

"No s*x until we know each other properly." I said with a wicked smile.

"Deal." he said before kissing me one more time. "Let’s go find Gideon and get some supper."
