New World's Master!

THE WORLD OUTSIDE.

The boys arrived infront of a room which had a name plate of science club. Jin ho opened the door and invited sung inside. "Are you the only one in the club?"sung asked him after sitting on a chair.

The room had three long benches....and quite a few chairs and stools. "No....today not many came to the club. And it's not like every one comes to do something."he told sung. "So....you are the only person who is here everytime.....and i guess you have some crazy liking towards science...for you to even were a lab coat outside the clubroom."sung looked at him properly now. He looked good....no not good....he looked handsome! And on top of that his hair colour! It was brown!!! And his eyes as well. So in short he looked like a prince whom girls flock around. Sung guessed that jin ho must be pretty smart since he was in the science club.

"Yeah...science is like an important thing to me. So you can say i am crazy about it. Ok...so now first let me tell you what's happening in the world. Till then she would be here."jin ho said looking at watch in his left hand. "Who?"sung asked. "Haha...i forgot to tell you again!!"jin ho laughed at how he forgot to tell something to sung again.

"It's a girl. She is going to join me as well. You don't need to worry. I won't be forcing you. And since you are already enough strong to beat someone so badly....i don't even stand a chance."jin ho said as he took out his smart phone.

He typed on the device something and looked at sung. "Done. She'll be here in half an hour."he said keeping his phone on the bench.

"Ok....so I'll fill you up with the information i have."he told sung....which sung responsed with a nod. He had been out of the present activities taking place in the world. So he wanted to know too.

"So....lets start with those circles. THEY ARE NOW CALLED RUINS. A MAGICAL CIRCLE....IS WHAT IT'S KNOW AS. THOSE CIRCLES HAVE SOMETHING WRITTEN ON THEM....BUT NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IT IS. IT'S CALLED THE MERITS OF RUIN. ONCE A PERSON STEPS ON THE RUIN....HE IS SENT TO AN UNKNOWN PLACE. SOMETIMES IT'S THE UNDERGROUND, SOMETIMES IT'S ON SOME DIFFERENT UNKNOWN PLACE...OR EVEN IN THE SKY. AND NOW YOU MAY THINK THAT IF SOMEONE IS SENT TO THE SKY, WON'T THEY FALL DOWN? RIGHT...BUT IN REGARDS WITH THE RUINS...IT DOESN'T APPLY. A PERSON WHO IS SENT IN THE SKY.....IS ABLE TO WALK AROUND. BUT THE DIFFERENCE IS....WHEN LOOKING DOWN... THERE'S NOTHING TO BE FOUND...NO WORLD...OR NO GROUND.

SUCH WAY IN THE RUINS...THERE ARE ALSO MONSTERS. BEINGS THAT POSSES SUPERNATURAL POWERS. THESE MONSTERS LOOK LIKE ANIMALS FROM EARTH....BUT SOMEWHAT EVOLVED?

NOW TOWARDS THE PEOPLE. THE DAY RUINS APPEARED AND EVERYONE FELL INTO THE RUINS....IT CHANGED HUMANITY TO 180°. MONSTERS.....NON HUMAN STRENGTH....NON-HUMAN SPEED.....ALL THE FANTASIES AND MYTHS HAVE BECOME REAL.

A PERSON WHO HAS FOUGHT IN THE RUIN, GET'S A POWER. AND WITH THAT A WEAPON RELATED TO THE ABILITY....SOMETIMES THOUGH.

VARIOUS PEOPLE HAVE GOTTEN VARIOUS POWERS. MAGE,SWORDSMAN,MAGIC SWORDSMAN....AND MANY OTHERS.

THAT DAY....WHEN I COLLECTED ALL THE THINGS I WANTED....WE CAME OUT OF IT.....SINCE THE GROUP WITH ME HAD ALREADY KILLED THE GOBLINS. THAT'S WHEN EVERYONE GOT POWERS. EMBLEMS OF VARIOUS THINGS WERE ON EVERYONE'S HEAD.

A BLACK BACKGROUND WITH SOME PARTICLES ON IT.... MEANS A MAGE. AN EMBLEM WHICH SHOWED SWORDS...MEANS SWORDSMAN. AN EYE WITH SPECTACLE ON IT MEANS......AN APPRAISER.

WHEREAS....MANY PEOPLE GOT TWO EMBLEMS AS WELL. THE ONE I HAVE CALLED IS THE SECOND PERSON OUT OF TWO PEOPLE IN KOREA TO RECEIVE TWO EMBLEMS...AND SHE IS A MAGIC SWORDSMAN.

A MAGE CAN UNLOCK ATMOST THREE ELEMENTS....AND SOME OTHER MAGICS...AND A MAGIC SWORDSMAN CAN ONLY UNLOCK ONE ELEMENT. CERTAIN PEROPLE HAVE UNLOCKED TWO ELEMENTS DESPITE BEING A MAGIC SWORDSMAN.

THESE PEOPLE.....WHO GOT POWERS...OR WILL GET POWERS FROM NOW ON....WILL BE CALLED RAIDERS. SINCE THAT INCIDENT....THE WORLD HAS CHANGED A LOT. A NEW GOVERNMENT FOR THE ARRANGEMENT OF RUINS AND HANDLING THEM WAS CREATED. RUINS LAW OR R-LAW.

RUINS LAW CONTROLS ALL THE RUINS....WHEN THEY APPEAR AT SOME PLACE....RUINS LAW GETS INFO...AS FOR HOW THWY KNOW? OF COURSE, THEY HAVE THE BEST AND SMART PEOPLE OF THE WORLD WITH THEM. IN JUST A MONTH THE RUINS LAW CREATED MANY OBJECTS WHICH LETS THEM KNOW ABOUT A NEW RUIN AND OTHER STUFFS. IT PROVES THAT THEY ARE THE BEST PEOPLE WE HAVE NOW IN THE WORLD.

THE RUINS LAW AND THE GOVERNMENT DECIDED TO MAKE A MACHINE WHICH LETS A PERSON AWAKEN POWERS WITHOUT FIGHTING IN THE RUINS. BUT ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH AND OTHER STUFFS....I HAVE UNDERSTOOD THAT IF WE AWAKEN POWERS IN A RUIN....THE POWERS ARE SUITABLE FOR US. WHEREAS THE MACHINE MADE BY GOVERNMENT....THE POWEREX....IS A GAMBLE OF LUCK. THERE'S NO ASSURANCE THAT A PERSON WILL GET ABILITY WHICH HE CAN USE EFFICIENTLY.

SO NOT MANY PEOPLE TRY TO USE THE POWEREX. BUT THOSE WHO ARE AFRAID OF DIRECTLY FIGHTING IN THE RUINS....TRY OUT THEIR LUCK.

AS FOR ME....I THINK MY HARDWORK IS ENOUGH TO GET ME A MORE EFFICIENT ABILITY THAN MY LUCK."at this sentence sung understood that jin ho was a person who used logic and believed in hard-work and didn't depend on things like luck.

"NOW ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION OF THE WORLD. THE RUINS ARE ALL OVER THE WORLD. NOT A SINGLE CONTINENT, COUNTRY, STATE, CITY, TOWN OR ANYTHING IS SPARED. THESE RUINS SPAWN ON RANDOM PLACES. SO THE R-LAW IS PRESENT ALL OVER THE WORLD. THE CURRENT STATE OF THE WORLD IS BETWEEN STABLE AND UNSTABLE. THE WORLD GOVERNMENT HAS SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE ATLEAST TWO MORE MONTHS TO STABLE EVERYTHING."jin ho stopped for a while and drank a little water.

"So you mean to say.....the whole world is doomed?"sung asked him. "Yeah....but it's 50-50. Like,....tis will surely lead to losses of life because of fights in ruins...but on the other hand.....wars are currently over and in future too there aren't going to be any...since the world will have to work together now."jin ho explained to sung.

"Well yeah.... that's a really nice development. So...are this ruins and raiders arranged in some order or not?"sung asked him as he drank a little water.

"OFCOURSE. THE RUINS ARE ARRANGED ACCORDING TO THEIR MAGICAL ENERGY EMITION. A DEVICE MADE BY THE R-LAW MEASURES MAGIC POWER EMITTED BY THE RUIN.

THEREFORE THEY ARE RANKED FROM E-S RANK. TILL NOW A RUIN RANKED HIGHEST IS B-RANK. IT'S BOSS WAS A DEMON GENERAL.

APPRAISERS APPRAISE THE MOSTERS AND GIVE INFO ON THEM. OFCOURSE IT'S DONE AFTER THE MONSTER IS KILLED. THE RUINS ARE USUALLY OF PURPLE , RED COLOUR AND WHITE COLOUR FOR THE MERITS. E-C RANK HAVE PURPLE COLOUR , B-RANK RUINS HAVE RED COLOUR....AND SOMETIMES WEAK A-RANK HAVE RED AND SOME A-RANKS WHICH HAVE HIGHEST MAGIC EMITION HAVE DARK RED COLOUR.

OF COURSE, IT'S FOR NOW. MAYBE IN FUTURE THERE MIGHT COME A STRONGER RUIN?

EVEN MONSTER ARE RANKED FROM E-S RANK. THE DEMON GENERAL WAS A B-RANK MONSTER. THOUGH IT ISNT LIKE A RUIN OF A-RANK WILL HAVE BOSS MONSTER OF THE SAME RANK. THE RANK IS SOMETIMES HIGHER AS WELL.AH......I FORGOT BUT....RUINS HAVE LAYERS TO THEM. USUALLY E-RANK RUIN HAS TWO LAYERS....A ONE WHICH HAS MONSTERS...AND ANOTHER IS THE BOSS LAYER.

NOW RAIDERS.... RAIDERS ARE RANKED FROM E-S RANK AS WELL. TILL NOW THERE ARE ONLY 12 S-RANK'S IN THE WHOLE WORLD. I KNOW IT'S TOO EARLY FOR A PERSON TO REACH AT SUCH A HIGHER RANK BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE EITHER THOSE WHO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SUCH MAGICAL STUFF FROM COMICS OR MANHWA AND MANGA,...YEAH I KNOW IT'S KINDA UNBELIEVABLE BYT IT'S TRUE,WELL EITHER THAT...OR THEY ARE SPECIALISTS IN SOME SPECIFIC SKILLS.

KOREA HAS THE HIGHEST RANK 'A'. A TOTAL OF FIVE A RANKS ARE PRESENT IN KOREA. AND 8 B-RANK. "Jin ho stopped. "Hm....looks like we won't be getting our usual world back."sung said with face which was expressionless.

"But it's nice isn't it? We all can start a new life! No,.....there's no one poor or no one rich. If a person tries his best....then there's no one to stop him from rising to the top. I am already dreaming of having girls beside me!!!"jin ho said with a drool.

"Ha...haha... right?"sung was troubled. It wasn't daily that you had see a handsome boy say such stuff.

"So why do you want me to join? What's it got to do with me?"sung asked him. "It's all got to do with you! Listen carefully. The day when ruins appeared? That day you were one of the people who got out with powers. Unconscious...but you didn't have any bruise on you. Also.....you were different. A light was emitting from every person's body....and same for you. But the light you were emitting....was too much.... enough for the people around to close there eyes. Also the apraisers couldn't appraise your status. And your emblem....it was a white hood guy with a black back ground and many particals. No one.... literally no one has it.

No one knew what it was. And that's the reason i have called you here with me. I am gathering people like you sung. The one's who are a mystery. What for... I'll tell it after the girl comes."jin ho told him. "Hm....well it's fine with me. If you try any tricks....i won't hesitate to kill you."sung smiled at jin ho. Jin ho felt a shiver down his spine....the boy infront of him didn't have any emotions while saying it....the sentence was pure truth.

"Yeah yeah....kill me whenever you want if i trick you. But first show me your emblem."jin ho asked sung. "Mm...where is it?"sung asked him. "Sigh....it usually on a persons hand....but i don't know if thats excatly the case for others too. "Well,there's nothing here."sung said lifting his sleeve of hoody up. There was noting till his upper arm.

"Remove your hoody.."jin ho said with his eyes on sungs body. "Huh?"sung was confused...if it was a joke or he was serious. "Just the upper part sung. Just make your neck visible."he said after seeing sungs questioning gaze. "Ok."sung opened the zip a little and showed him his neck. "There it is."jin ho said pointing on sungs neck. Since sung didn't have much of a habit to look at himself in the mirror he didn't know.

"Hm....it sure is what you said."sung said after looking at the emblem....in a mirror. He thought hiw it would have looked on his fore arm......AND IT SHIFTED THERE!!!!

"Wh....whats this!!!"sung was startled by what happened. "Oh.....you are really a weird one! No one can do such a thing..... not yet atleast!"jin ho said with a smile. He was now more interested about sungs powers.

'Hey ro.... what's this?'sung asked the system. *"PLAYER CAN DO SUCH THING. MOVING YOUR EMBLEM SHOWS THAT YOU ARE A PERFECT PERSON FOR THE POWER. AND SUITABLE FOR IT."* the system responsed. Sung felt relieved that it wasn't something serious. He kept the emblem on his hand.

Clack! Clack!

A voice was heard by the two boys. "Here she is. The girl i talked about."jin ho told sung.

A girl around 5'5 came walking to them. Black clothes....which looked like a biker. Black shoes....and dark black eyes. A figure which perfectly showed that she was an adult. The tight clothes showed her huge breasts out more. Her hand looked strong...as if she was a trained warrior.

Red hair tied with black rubber which tied the hair.....leaving them free at back and a few bangs on her right side. She didn't have any make up....still she looked like a celebrity. Fair skin... revealing from her short sleeves till her elbow. And a little cut on her shirt near her stomach.

"Hi"she greeted the two. Jin ho greeted her and so did sung. "You look ho..."jin ho' face was smashed by her hand. "Shut it with your flirting. I am not one of your fan-girl."she told him. "And you too. Don't try to be cheeky with me"she told to sung. She wanted to check if he remembered that day.

"And....why would i do that?"sung was confused. Unlike jin ho who had a total flirty and perverted mind...sung was oblivious to these emotions from quite a years ago. The only thing sung saw was a girl of there age coming towards them.

Somehow the girl felt irritated after hearing those words from sung..... especially sung. She didn't expect him to say that after that day. She didn't know why....but she felt angry since he wasn't saying anything. Also she felt a different felling,kinda feeling of relief?....which....made her think that sung wasn't like other guys.

"Then thats good."she still said it in stiff voice. All boys are the same....he will behave like a p*****t or a something soon. This were the thoughts she had from the time she first entered the university. Though she thought of him different after that day....but the way he didn't recognise her was....!!

"He is the boy i told about."jin no told her. "I know....i saw him that day too. I am sei woo. A first year...as well as a B-RANK RAIDER."she told sung.

"I am sung hwan. A first year as well...i haven't evaluated my rank yet."he told her. "You look different...that time i saw you....you looked weak?"she asked him,but the day she was talking about...were two days not a single. "Yea....and today he beat the s**t out of beom-seok."jin ho told her. "Y...you knew him?"sung asked jin ho.

"Not only him...but nearly half of the school knows him. He is one of the bullies in the school. Beom-seok is a year older than us. He got powers as well....if we were to evaluate that brute.... probably D-Rank."sei told them. "To be able to beat him....i am sure you have changed...too much"she had seen how much of a weak guy he was, both days.

"So you are D-rank as well?"jin ho asked in return which sung only shrugged.

"Well,....let those things be....why did call us here?"sei asked him. "Well.... that's because of club."jin ho told them as he sat on a stool. "Huh? Don't tell me you want us to join this club of your?"sung had a tick on his forehead. Wasting his time for so long....just for this!

"Nah.... it's not that. The government has announced that a party of people can register themselves as club. These clubs are like a office of raider who will be working in parties. Clubs are given privileges of booking any ruins in advance. And they also get other facilities.

I don't have powers yet. So we can go to a ruin today. My aim is to rise at the top of the raiders. It's not for any personal purpose...but it is also for personal purpose. Like....if we work together...then we can get quite a good amount of money. Also there's no need for us to work in some rusty office....we can get settled....and it's thrilling!!"jin ho told them.

Sung didn't have any plans for future except joining the civil service. But....now there wasn't much need for civil servants....the world needed raiders!! And he could get powerful with his system.

"I am in."sung accepted and so did sei. She didn't have any problem....and she knew too that the world needed super heroes now more than heroes. And this way...she could gain her freedom.

"Then lets go to the ruin!!"sung and jin ho said together. Sei told them to wait a little till she prepared. So till then jin ho told sung about his research.

"So thats what these stones do."he told explaining the last one. "With this......the agricultural progress will reach skies!!"sung was shocked by what jin ho jad researched. The green stone was a mineral....a mineral which enhanced the growths of yields. "But so will the prices of currency of different countries. The value of money will increase gradually. One of my intentions to build up a club is also this....we can help people with out club."he told sung. This time sung felt like trusting jin ho more.

"Lets go..."sei came to the club room and told them.
