FIRST PERSON (SUNG) POV :-

~ ONE MONTH LATER ~

"Huff....huff..."i kept panting after finishing my run. After a month i had gotten a little used to the exercise. According to Ro....i needed to do the exercise....so i could manage and maintain my powers. As of now i have done as much i could....and the results are great. My body has developed a little. My height....increased a few centimetres. I got muscles....and my strength has increased considerably. No....it can't even be called considerable. The difference between my previous strength and now.....is like hell and heaven.

Well,....till i get to become strong...and smart..i don't have to worry about anything. I went to my room. From a few days the students around me had started to talk to me a little nicely. I don't know why....but,....it feels like it's something to do with the day those circles appeared.

Since i was in my room or the ground most of the times....i don't know what happened after that incident.

"Haah....now let's finish the meditation."i sat down. But only if i knew that there was a rat in the room.

"Do you really think,....this things are gonna help you fight,kangsu hyung?"minsuk asked me as he came from the kitchen. "Seems like you need another cut."i asked him opening my eyes. "D.... don't talk as if you are some big shot!!"he looked troubled.... ofcourse he will. After all i scared the s**t out of him yesterday. "Yeah....i know. I can't beat kangsu..."i stood up. "Nor can i do anything against his bullying....."i reached near him. "But.....you are nothing infront of me!"i said as i rolled a knife in my hand.

"I..is...this..a...a..threat!?"he asked me....trying get away from me. "Threat....or....warning. It depends on you,what you think about it. But remember,....ignore this sentence,...and.... I'll forget that i can't kill humans."i said as i felt very last drop of my emotions draining. "Y...y... you...."he was already sweating.

"I don't have a problem abut you staying in the room....or breathing in this room....or talking in this room....but don't talk to me. I don't have time to waste on you. A kind reminder is what i have given to you....now it's up to you,to follow it....or be a dead meat by my hand."i sat down and closed my eyes.

I know....minsuk is the type of person who is extremely weak....and so he groups up with strong and influencing people....so he can use their reputation as his stand in society. Thise are the groups...which are known as DOGS....OR....UNDERLINGS. And to deal with such types,....one only needs confidence.

Ofcourse,i can't kill a human...nor i can hurt him....but that's only what i know! I felt him moving away and sit on the bed. 'Nice choice' i thought as i started to meditate.

It helps me to concentrate on things,..also reduces my fatigue. All the exercise still takes out much stamina out of me....so meditation proves to be very useful. Two hours went by like a breeze of wind.

I was brought back to my senses by the sound of the system.

Ignoring the cheeky and creepy speaking of the system the rewards were quite nice. For nearly a month i had gotten these rewards everyday.

Status recovery :- All fatigue of the player is reduced. Also the remaining exhaustion of the body is reduced by 50%.

Gift Box :- Random objects or gifts are offered to player. It depends on luck of a person. Since player's luck is not much good...you will get objects suuuuper rarely.

Stat points :- Stat points can be distributed as per players wish. Random amount of stat points are provided. When player distributes stat points on certain stats.... those abilities will increase in user.

This was what the system explained me when i first got the rewards. I wasn't even hoping for objects so soon. I just want whatever that can make me strong. I tried to distribute the stat points equally....so i could maintain each stat and not increase only one too much. Also the stat points increased by one sometime after completing the quest so it was...kinda easy to distribute them equally.

'Accept Status recovery.'i ordered the system. And all my stress went away as if it wasn't there in the first place.

'Accept gift box'i ordered it again. For this one month i have spent with the system...i have noticed two things. The system....answers me normally like a system for certain questions....and for some it answers freakishly.

Second....it doesn't give me some deep answers.....and if i ask again and again....at some point it tell that my level isn't enough to attain the information. So i always try to ask as much as i can....in hope that I'll get a useful info someday. But till now i have only been gifted defeat.

'wow!!! Two skills!! It's been two weeks since last skill. Now i have total of five skills!'i was happy since the skills were given from the box. Having as much as skills can be a good thing too.

"The skills are nice but....i need more offensive skills as well.'i thought as i stood up. Well,....today i was going to the outside world for first time....after this one month.

So i went to my bed where i had kept my clothes and towel. Minsuk talked to me.

"How did you come out with your leg and hand"

"Humph..."i couldn't help but smirk how i could say anything to this b***h.

I went to the bathroom....washed myself. Wore my black hoody and a jeans. I went out towards the campus. I guessed that it would be all broken....but.... everything was just as before. Normal. Nothing was broken or something......but again...i was out of here for a whole month,so they must have repaired everything.

"Oh....sung. It's been a while!"the manager of the canteen greeted me. He was the one who used to be nice with me.....and even give me meals for free. For these past months i have been in University....he has taken care of me as a family.

"Hello manager will. I have been on a leave for a month,...so i didn't come here."that's right. He was half korean and half american. "That's to be expected. There are many people who have been on a leave."he told me. 'Hey....has everyone got a system of there own?'i asked the system.

It was surprising how it didn't feel bad about refusing me nearly thousand times. "Haha....well the stress from that day is enough for people to take rest."i talked with him as he ordered a breakfast special for me.

Manager will.....he used to know my dad,....and they were friends during there college days. So....even after that incident.....he trusted my dad. When i first came to the university...i couldn't recognise him,he had changed since he was on a business trip to america for nearly six years.

But he recognised me immediately. Since then he has been taking care of me....as much as he could. He says it's a debt of my dad....that he is paying off.

"Hello.."i heard voice behind me. I turned around to see who it was. A boy....same age around me with brown hairs and eyes....he had wore a plain blue shirt and jeans. A lab coat? He was around 5'6 feets....i am so jealous!!

"Yes?"i asked him putting a piece of the sandwich in my mouth. Did....he chuckle just now? "Is this seat taken?"he asked me. "No..."i wondered why he was sitting here....when whole canteen was nearly empty. "Oh....student jin ho....i was just gonna call you,to tell that sung was here."manager will came from the kitchen of the canteen.

"Hm? What about me?"i asked him. "Jin ho wanted to meet you....so he kept inquiring daily if you came to university."he told me as he took order from the boy.

"So....what work did you have with me?"i asked him.... suspicious if he was also one of those bullies of kangsu. "You don't need to be suspicious....i am not gonna eat you or something."somehow his eat....sounded perverted. Well,must be my imagination.

"Did anyone approach you...and tried to stick with you for past one month?"he asked me as he circled the straw in the milkshake he had ordered.

"Mm....yeah. A few? Why?"i asked him. Just as i said before....students have been treating me nicely now....and some tried to unnecessarily get close to me.But well....just as i am....i didn't let them get their way.

"So did you become....like a friend or buddy buddy with someone?"he asked me.... narrowing his eye. "No.."in don't why....but i was answering his questions...as if he was my friend. "Sigh...."he sighed in relief? What's with this dude? Coming out of nowhere and asking all these questions?

"Mind telling me why you are here...and what you want from me?"i asked him. "Oh....i forgot to introduce myself!"he said scratching the back of his head.....just how does ine forget to introduce themselves...to a stranger they are talking?

"My name is jin ho. I too study in this university. Same year as you. Class-s 1. I also fell in one of those circles."he told me. "So......what?"like....what if he did? It was common....many students must have fell in them!

"Aw....you are just too serious aren't you? Well,....after falling there....i collected as much as stuffs from there as i could. As you can see....i am in a science club. So i had enough time to research on them."he told me as he sipped his milkshake.

"I see......still why are you telling me this?"i asked him. "Ok.... I'll be straight. I want you to join me."he told me. "J...join you? And for what and why?"i asked him. "Wait....you don't know anything? Like what's happening in the world right now....or why i am telling you to join me?"he asked me in return. "Hm....well n..."just when i was about to answer him....some one kicked the table between us. That circular table....went flying a little ahead and broke. The food and drinks fell down.

"Hey....you bastard. Come with us...."i understood who they were....kangsu. That fucker sent men ti bring me huh?

"Didn't your parents teach you not to waste food? Huh,...you fucker?"i asked him lifting the juice can from the floor. "You b***h!!!"i felt a fist flying towards me. "Sung!!!!!"i heard manager wills voice. **GRAB** I grabbed his fist. My throat was a little dry....so i drank a little juice....before smashing that can on his face.

"Say again? I didn't hear you."with a kick on his stomach....i sent him flying. A meter away he landed with a thud. "Guh...."he grunted in pain. "Leave when i am telling you nicely."

"Sung.....are you okay?"manager will came to me. "Yeah....but guess he needs some treatment."the giy i flew away came running to me. "I am gonna kill you!!!"he screamed at me. "I don't wanna try dieing again."i simply turned to my right and Dodged his punch. Locking my left hand on his right hand.....i swinged him down. He landed on his back.

"Brace yourself!"i landed quite a number of punches on his face. His one teeth fell down. Blood dripped down his mouth and nose. A few drops of blood flew on my face. "So...sorry..."he apologized. "Humph...we could have ended it sooner."i stood up....blood dripping from my hand. "So....do nyou want to try?"i asked the other five. "N...no"they ran away taking him with them.

"A...are you sure he is the sung i am talking about.?"i heard jin ho asking manager will. "Y...yeah..."he was looking at me. "I..heard you were a weak boy and a pushover? How come you beat him so effortlessly?"jin ho asked me. "Let's first sit....or else these people will keep staring at us."i told him....the girls were calling to me and the boys cheering. A bunch of a*s holes.

"Before that....wash your face. You look like a demon."he told me. "Yeah..."i went to the washroom. After washing my face and hands....i went to him. "Was this really your first time fighting?"he asked me.

"Yeah."i answered him. "Then....how did you beat him so easily?"he asked me again. "My body moved on it own"i told him. Also i have been trying a few fighting styles. "And...i heard you were weak?"he said as he ate his new ordered french fries. The broken table....it was gonna be on the university.

"People change....and so did i."thinking back a month ago....i really was..a pushover. "Well...i won't dig in too much now.....so let's go. I will take you to the science clubroom. There I'll tell you what's happening around the world and why i am inviting you."he told me. Classes were going to be taken today....so there wasn't much that i had to do...so i went with him.
