Therapy went better than I could have hoped. Mostly I just answered a bunch of questions about my childhood. I kept it detached like I was telling a story which made it easy to run through. She wanted to work on my trauma around Orion’s death, my problems with my father, and with working through pregnancy fears. It still had not sunk in that I was pregnant. It had only been a few hours since we found out, but I felt like I wouldn’t really believe it until I could see the physical evidence of the baby inside of me. My head was spinning.
