I woke to the sound of Jace snoring we fell asleep watching TV, he had spent the night trying to comfort me.
He tried his hardest but at the end of the night, I fell asleep on my brother while my tears soaked through his shirt.
These days his more like my personal bodyguard than my brother. Ever since that day I masked my scent he hasn't left my side.
Yesterday was the first day we spent time together we laughed, cried and laughed some more. I know it's because my birthday is just around the corner.
" Jace.. Are you awake?" I whisper I'm met with silence. I smile as I notice some drool drip from his chin, I laugh.
I look around my bedroom it is pitch black, I suddenly shudder feeling as though I am being watched I search my room but there's no one.
