I looked at Maysen and nodded in agreement with what he said, then got out of the car and examined its walls, which were decorated with old drawings and random angels statut in every wall . I felt Maysen standing beside me, so I started walking to enter. Now I understood the reason for the aura I had felt upon arriving here. This school was full of creatures of all kinds. I glimpsed sirens, banshees, werewolves, vampires, phoenixes, angels, demons, witches, and some humans. I walked without paying attention to the looks directed at me, being a weak human. You just piss me off, and I'll wipe you out of existance . After a while, we stopped in front of a door, which I thought was the principal's office. I looked at the secretary who had just spoken as she looked at Maisen who nodded, "The new student, Ikelia." Mison left, wishing me luck, while I watched her pull out some books, a key, and a class schedule, I think. She pointed to the board behind me. "That board has information about the clubs available if you want to join one, and this is the key to your locker, number 1247." I nodded indifferently and took the books and my schedule to go to my locker. I was surprised to see that there seemed to be thousands of students here. Amazing! I found it after a while and noticed that most of the people around me were human. So it seems that the distribution is based on species. I opened the locker and threw in the books. I checked the schedule. It's good that he enrolled me in the final class, at least he used his brain well. I read my name on the special card. Ekelia Loiken I didn't know that this Mison's familly name . It's beautiful and suites my name. I took the history book and put it in my bag, along with the card and the schedule, and closed the locker, heading for my first class. I hope the teacher is good. I climbed several floors until I reached the hall. I felt the silence of some people. They must have sensed my presence. Can't you surprise anyone here? Silly me. I knocked three times on the door and opened it as soon as I heard the word "Come in." My eyes widened a little. Is this the history teacher? He looks more like a gym teacher, but that's not surprising.A Lykan It explains his physique. They live to train. They wake up to train and go to sleep to train. I see it as torture. "Welcome the new student. Please introduce yourself." I stepped forward a little to face the class. I spoke without interest, in my usual tone. "Ikelia Loekin." Everyone fell silent, waiting for me to add something, but I just stared back at them until the teacher interrupted me. "Okay, you can sit down." I headed for the last seat I saw and put my book in front of me. I watched the teacher without paying attention to what he was saying. There was no need to study history, as I had lived through most of it. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Tina next to another girl who was just like her. She must be part of her pack, because werewolves and lycans live in packs led by the alpha and the second-in-command, the beta, whom I had met before. They are social creatures by nature, unlike me. I like to be alone. I'm used to my solitude; it has became part of me. But I hope there won't be any problems now that I'm surrounded by so many different species. I looked up when the class ended, put the book back in my bag, checked the schedule, and luckily for me, I had a free hour now, followed by math class. Oh my God, I think I'll pass this one. I threw my bag over my shoulder and walked away indifferently, but Tina's voice stopped me. "Hi, Ikelia, I didn't expect to see you so soon." I replied coldly, trying to ignore her friend's disparaging glances in my direction. "Me neither." She smiled, ignoring my tone. "I asked Samon several times to let you rest more because you seemed to need it." I raised my eyebrows at the change in her tone when she mentioned Samon. I really couldn't get used to the idea of their connection. "It's okay, I came here mainly to study." She smiled again. "So what are you up to now?" I shrugged and replied, "Nothing. I'm going to the cafeteria." "Oh, really? We are too. This is my friend Michelle. You can come with us." I nodded and started walking beside her since she knew where the cafeteria was, but I regretted my decision. I closed my eyes from her constant chatter about trivial things. Doesn't she get tired of talking and smiling? I only smiled at her twice, and now my lips feel cramped from it. It's not even 10 a.m. yet. Why is she so energetic? I breathed a sigh of relief when we arrived and signaled to her that I was going to buy something. She nodded kindly and headed with her conceited friend to a large table where, I assume, the rest of her flock was sitting. I surveyed the place. Each speice had taken a section to sit in, and only a few were talking to others. I headed to the queue and found a vampire working there. Of course, he was handsome, with pale skin, playful eyes, and a sly smile. "Black coffee, no sugar." He spoke in a provocative voice, looking at my hair. "Is that your natural color?" I replied indifferently, "No, I'm just old." He smiled with pleasure and handed me a cup of coffee with a wink. "I'm here if you want to remember your youth." I took the cup and my expression changed to disgust because of what he said. He thought I was human and would fall for his sweet talk, only to find myself as a meal for him and his ilike. I put the money in front of him and turned to leave. I noticed a girl moving quickly from her place, and because of her speed, I concluded that she was a bloodsucker and perhaps an admirer of the mosquito standing behind me, so she wanted to block my way, or maybe she was just bullying the new students. In either case, I would enjoy what was about to happen. She stood in front of me after a few moments. She was supposed to be fast and surprise me, but her approach passed me by in slow motion because I have vampire genes not any vampire but the king himself, so I wasn't surprised by her speed. However, I didn't disappoint her and bumped into her after tilting the cup toward her so that the coffee wouldn't spill on me. I pretended to be surprised and said, "Oh my God, I didn't see you standing there." I felt everyone's eyes on us, and Tina moved toward me, the corners of my lips curving into a smile. Did she want to defend me even though she had only met me a week ago? Wolves and their loyalty are something else. I felt her standing behind me, looking at the girl in front of me with a look that sent sparks flying. "Of course, a clumsy human like you wouldn't see me." I raised my eyebrows sarcastically and replied, "Human? Why, are you an animal?" She furrowed her eyebrows in anger at my response and stepped toward me. Because of her heels, I lifted my face slightly to look her in the eyes. "Apologize." Excuse me, what did she say? I had never apologized before in my entire life, and it had been a very long life. I rolled my eyes, mosquito, just get out of my face. I don't want any trouble on my first day." And if I don't? " Her lips curled into a smile and she raised her hand in a fist, pointing it at me. My smile widened as I watched her slow movements with pleasure. Just do it and I'll destroy this school over your head. But Tina's hand stopped her and she stepped in front of me, growling softly at her, but of course I heard it.
