I was waiting anxiously outside when I saw Edward coming back from her room, there was a smile on his face. I felt a little jealous but shrugged it off and rushed to her. She was trying to lean back and I could see her face crunched with the pain.
Running to her side, I made her lean back and she passed me a smile. I kissed her forehead and suddenly the temperature dropped and I felt numb. Thankfully, I had a warm blanket beside me; Tasha. She was still warm and I snuggled to her.
