They didn’t talk much on the okada ride. David, Ada, and Tunde squeezed into the back of a yellow bus heading toward Ikeja. Everyone was quiet. The city moved past the windows like a blur. _"So what’s the plan?"_ Ada finally asked. Her voice was low. Tunde pulled out his phone and showed them a map. A red pin was dropped near Computer Village. _"That’s the last place Chika’s phone pinged,"_ he said. _"An old warehouse. My guy said people go in and out at night."_ David frowned. _"We can’t just walk in."_ _"We’re not,"_ Tunde said. _"We watch first. See who comes. See if Chika is there."_ He looked at both of them. _"If this goes bad, you run. Don’t be a hero."_ Ada shook her head. _"We’re not leaving her."_ The bus stopped. They got out near a dusty street. Shops were closing. The sun was going down and the sky turned orange. The warehouse was two streets away. Big gate. No sign. One security man by the door, on his phone. Tunde pointed to a small shop across the road. _"We wait there. Buy something. Watch."_ Inside the shop, the woman selling drinks didn’t even look up. David bought 3 sachets of water. His hands were sweating. 10 minutes passed. Then a black SUV pulled up to the warehouse gate. The same car from the café. The door opened. Two men got out. And between them... A girl. Hands tied. Head down. Chika. Ada gasped. David stood up too fast and knocked over his water. _"That’s her,"_ Tunde whispered. _"That’s my sister."_ The gate opened. They pushed her inside. The gate closed with a loud metal sound. Tunde turned to David. His eyes were serious. _"Now we know where she is. Next move: we get her out."_ But before anyone could answer, David’s phone vibrated. Unknown number. Text: _I told you not to come to Ikeja._
