Everyone returned back to Mumbai and one week passed off not so quickly as they were missing each other very badly.
One fine morning, Shivaay was in the kitchen with his brothers making breakfast for his family. He was in his thoughts when Rudra tried disturbing him, "bhaiyya! Where are you lost? The toast is burnt! How will we eat now?!" he asked fake crying.
"What happened to you billuji?" was the only question Shivaay heard when he replied back immediately coming back to the real world.
"What Anika! How many times did I tell you not to call me like that" saying Shivaay turned back to see OmRu smiling at him.
"I didn't know you are missing Anu so much Shivaay!" Om said genuinely surprised, and Rudra agreed to Om saying, "yes bhaiyya! Billu is thinking about billi! This is turning quite interesting. Ek dum khidkithod types"
"Rudra! Om you also joined with him?! And what's with that language Rudra?" Shivaay asked irked by the fact that his brothers were teasing him.
"This is Anika bhabh... I mean didi's language. Don't you remember bhaiyya?" Rudra asked doing his logic sign.
"Why will he forget! it's Anu's language right" Om said chuckling.
"Om, stop it yaar! By the way, Gauri called me Om" Shivaay stated to which Om asked in excitement, "Really? When... What did she say? Did she ask anything about me?"
"Wow O! So eager to know ah? What's going on? Gauri didi to gauri bhabhi soon right?" Rudra asked continuing the same excitement.
Om was completely embarrassed about what he asked to Shivaay while his elder brother was just smirking at him. And Rudra was laughing like hell, shouting "yaay!"
"You know Shivaay, Somu is coming to meet Prinku today! Prinku was telling that they are going to watch a movie together!" Om said trying to divert the topic while Rudra reacted in higher levels of excitement,
"Really O? At what time? I'm so eager to meet her. It's been very long"
Now Om and Shivaay were smirking at Rudra when Dadi, Pinky and Jhanvi entered the kitchen.
"What are my three boys talking about very seriously? We are waiting in the dining hall for almost an hour" Pinky asked when Rudra answered in a trance,
"About your future bahus (daughter-in-laws) Choti ma!"
Shivaay and Om shot a deathly glare at Rudra while Jhanvi asked surprised, "Oh really? Tell us also. We are also waiting for them eagerly Rudra!"
"Aww! That's so nice. When are you bringing my bahus home?" Dadi asked in exuberance.
"Nothing like that Dadi. Just give us two minutes, breakfast is almost ready" Shivaay said when Pinky said back,"Okay then come fast. We are dying to eat!"
The three boys sighed in relief when the ladies left.
"duffer! Why did you tell like that?" Om asked glaring at his little brother when Rudra apologized, "Sorry bhaiyya, O. But that's the fact na!"
"Okay OmRu no more talking about this matter, otherwise they will come again and ask questions! Please!" pleaded Shivaay.
Meanwhile in Anika's flat,
"Di I miss everyone! How we enjoyed. I just wish we are all like that always" Gauri said when Anika accepted and said, "yes Gauri shall we go meet Dadi today? I will call her and inform" to which Gauri nodded in positive trying not to show her excitement.
In the Oberoi mansion,
"Billu!" Called out Dadi when he asked, "Yes Dadi, what happened?"
"Billu, will you be free today? Anika is coming to the mansion today, so I want you to discuss some important matter regarding our hospital with her" Dadi said to which Shivaay immediately accepted with a brightened face.
That's when Shivaay got a call,
"Yes Khanna! Cancel the meeting today. It's fine okay!" Shivaay finally said ending the call. Om and Rudra were giggling all the while hearing his conversation.
"Was that for Anu or Dadi?" Om asked knowing the answer.
"Definitely Dadi" Shivaay said when Rudra smirked saying, "it is not looking like that bhaiyya. Your face is glowing like a 100 Watt bulb hearing Anika di's name"
Shivaay just stared back at him without objecting him this time because he was actually telling the fact.
