Later that evening, Anika was sleeping when Shivaay entered her room.
He whispered,"I was so scared that I will loose you. But thank you for..."
He stopped himself when he saw Anika opening her eyes slowly. He quickly composed himself and just stood there.
"Why were you thanking me billuji? And you are telling thank you? The great SSO? From when did this start?" She asked him very much surprised when she heard just the word 'Thank you'
"You talk so much Anika! just stay quiet and rest for a while" Shivaay said tucking the blanket over her.
"How much time will I rest billuji?! it's so boring. Please take me out!" Anika said sitting on the bed.
"Now? Are you crazy!? You are not well Anika!" Shivaay reprimanded.
"Billuji are you taking me or not? Else I will go all by myself. I don't need you" she said sternly. Saying she tries to get up but winces in pain.
Shivaay runs towards her saying out of concern, "Anika! What are you doing? Is it paining? Okay wait I will take you. Only to the garden okay?"
"Okay thanks billuji!" Anika said happily while Shivaay was smiling secretly. He just lifted her from the bed and carried her all their way while Anika was just shocked beyond limits by his sudden action.
"Billuji! What are you doing? Leave me, if someone sees us what will they think!" She exclaimed in shock but Shivaay didn't leave her, instead he said acting innocently "Anika I'm just trying to help you. You only told me to take you out!"
Anika's jaw dropped, she was just staring at him and very soon was lost in his greyish blue eyes.
At last he placed her very carefully on the bench in the garden. As Anika enjoyed the chill breeze, Shivaay just kept staring at her as he couldn't stop himself. She was now constantly looking at the moon when Shivaay asked her "Anika is everything alright? What happened!?"
"Nothing billuji. I didn't want Daksh to die! Though what he did was bad, there will be people who want him especially his parents!" Anika sighed sadly.
"It just happened Anika. He has got punishment for what he did to you" Shivaay said when she tried to speak "but..."
"No we are not talking about this. Just relax don't stress yourself. He is gone and will never come back in your life forever." He said when she nods in positive.
Just then Rudy, Om and Gauri, Prinku came from behind.
"Bhaiyya! Didi! We were all searching for you guys from a very long time" Rudra said very much relieved as he found them.
"Oh! Actually Anika wanted to come here. By the way Gauri, Anika is really stubborn. How do you handle her!? Give me some tips na!" Shivaay said when he earned a deathly glare from Anika.
"No bhaiyya my sister is not stubborn. She just knows how to make things happen according to her wish, that's all" saying Gauri hugs her sister to which Anika reciprocates back while ShivOmRu smile looking at them.
"bhaiyya! I have a doubt. Why do you need tips to handle Anika didi, huh?" Rudra asked bewildered when Shivaay didn't know what to answer for his question. Soon the five pair of eyes were staring at him expecting an answer from him.
"Tell know Shivaay!" Om demanded as he smirked when Shivaay said, "Actually, nothing! Leave it"
"Really bhaiyya are you sure?!" Rudra asked as he still wanted to know the answer when Shivaay asked, "Rudra is this Kaun banega Karoorpathi game show to ask whether you are sure or not!?" To which everyone bursted laughing.
Meanwhile Pinky and Jhanvi come there when Pinky exclaims, "Oh my mata! Anika is here? It's so cold outside! Who brought Anika here?"
She asked when five fingers pointed towards Shivaay.
