Marco pulled his hand back as if Arianna’s touch burned him and turned to look at Enzo. Both of them had been so caught up in their conversation that neither heard the elevator open. “Sir, excuse me, I thought you were coming back tomorrow,” Marco stammered, and Arianna winced.
