"Did anyone suspicious come around the royal physician's house?" Lucian asked the head of the guard whom he had sent to secretly put an eye on the physician's residence in case of anything suspicious.
If only he could get the person whom the physician is working with, then he could get to the bottom of all the problems.
"No, my Lord, no one came around, not even his students."
Lucian's face dropped in disappointment and he heaved a deep breath even if he was suspicious of anyone. He needs strong evidence to be able to deal with that person.
"Okay, make sure you send some guards over there to clear the place off and keep it out of people's reach then you can send a message to his people about his death."
"Yes sir." Conrad bowed his head.
