Alexander was squeezing my arm so tightly that I felt my circulation being cut off. Hearing Dr. Richman's feedback as a professional doctor had my chest ready to break Havoc. His explanation of the test results only confused me beyond comprehension. She had been overdosed with wolfsbane, but the amount of toxicity in her system was quite alarming. The Moon Goddess was definitely looking after her, because any other werewolf would be long gone with half the amount she had in her body.
Morgan’s test results indicated that her toxin levels had an inhumane amount of wolfsbane; an amount that could likely have killed someone within seconds of being administered the poison. My beautiful Queen is a warrior. She is still alive, and I was ready to do anything to keep it that way
