Morgan’s POV: I was feeling terribly cold—my body was numb, my breathing was shallow, and I could barely feel my heart rate. As a doctor, I know those are signs of physiological death. This occurs when vital organs stop working. My organs should have collapsed a while ago after all the physical harm Ryan had put me through. I got to a point where I didn't feel anything anymore.
