Everything inside me felt so loud, I shouldn’t have been here but I was, I should have left when he mentioned rules but I didn’t, instead my desire and curiosity caused me to stay.
“Rules.” I breathed out, my eyes lowered.
“Yes rules.” Malachi spoke, “you will come to understanding.”
I bit my lips attempting to ask a question when his words filled my mind, I don’t question him. I quickly stood up from bed, wearing my dress when he took a step toward the door.
My body shivered in cold for a second.
