Roger I shiver in the medical bay, the antiseptic smell clinging to the air. I"m immobile, slumped in a rigid plastic chair, my body weighed down with dread and my head spinning with unanswerable questions. I think of Jenna, back in our cabin, probably wondering where we are, if we’re ever coming back. Wondering if we’re among the dead. Maybe she even hopes we are and that our little secret—Blake—died with us. Molly rushes in, looking distraught. "Roger—how"s Abby?" The words escape me before I can stop them. "I don"t know." She moves closer to me, placing a comforting hand on my shoulder as she speaks. "It"s going to be all right," she says. "Abby will pull through—I promise. She"s a strong girl."
