"Please Rufus," I begged "Don't reject me just yet,"
I felt ridiculous whimpering and begging before the Alpha, but he had to see sense.
"It's the only way, Freya, I've made my decision, I'm sorry," he paused to take a breath "I, Rufus Crimson of the Highland Pack…" Rufus began.
'No!' Elara shouted in my mind 'Freya! We can't accept this, Rufus and his wolf belong with us! We cannot accept being rejected!'
'It's his choice Elara,' I said with a defeated reply 'We can't force them to be with us,'
