I repeated her words which somehow, I knew what it meant. As soon as I said the last word, I was hit by a beam of light for a second then everything went dark. I could already feel that a higher being had taken possession of my body and all I could do was watch. It was like I was having an out of body experience.

Everything was going according to plan for Geloé. The boys were giving in to the urges and all she had to do was wait for it to strike midnight. She was walking around the black fire chanting the spell that connected her to the boys. The human felt at a distance since she hadn't used a powerful spell on him. There was no need. As long as she had the two supernaturals under her spell everything will go her way. Little did she know that that would be a loophole for failure.
