"Dove?" Keiran patted Aileen's cheek, looked at her in worry.
"Y-yes," Aileen gasped loudly, started sweating heavily with the thought of being hunted.
"What happened to you? Tell me," Keiran pulled her in his embrace, pleaded to her, " -please,"
"Were you there- " Pointing her finger to that alley, she looked at Keiran, anxiously asked, " -before?"
"Where?" Keiran followed her gaze, frowned deeply. "No, why are you asking this?"
Aileen paled instantly. She breathed hard, tried to stand straight, but she just couldn't fight it.
