They get to the doctor's office and knock and Dr. Roy opened the door very cautiously. He says get in here. Carissa told me you could have been drugged. I've been waiting for you. Laura says yes, he has a needle in his neck, please help him get it out. Dr. Roy says I can, put your head on the table here and let me see it in the light. Carter lays his head on a pillow, Dr. Roy laid it out for him and he heard Dr. Roy sigh. Carter said, what is it? Dr. Roy said we are going to test this for acid. The needle has a faint green color. You were most definitely poisoned. A nurse walks in and says I'll take it to the lab for you. Dr. Roy said," I don't think I know you, are you new? Anyhow, besides, our policy is if we are in lockdown, we have to take it ourselves. Dr. Roy stops and thinks a minute and says, what is your name girl? She acted startled and said her name was Sarah. Carter turned to look at her and could not believe his eyes. She looked just like his ex-wife who had passed away. Startled, he said he needed to sit down. Laura says, what's wrong, are you okay? He says yes, he is fine, but asked if the girl could repeat her name? Sarah smirked and said, Oh Carter, you know my name. Hell, you were married to me for six years! My name is Sarah Thompson. Nice to meet you Laura, and I'm guessing your last name is Thompson now as well. Dr. Roy said, what is going on? Carter, is this your ex-wife? About that time, Carissa and Imba walked in. Imba says well Dr. Roy, what is the verdict? He looks at Carter and says," I am not really sure what is going on." Imba says" Well, what can we do? About that time, Carter stands up and says, what are you doing? Who are you? You can't be my ex-wife. I saw you in your casket? You are dead? SARAH! YOU WAS DEAD! YOUR NOT HERE RIGHT NOW! Confused, Carter walks out into the hallway and says to Laura, I need a minute! Laura looked at Imba and Carissa and they were stunned. Laura says, apparently his wife died, and now is a nurse here? I am confused, said Imba. I never hired this girl here! Sarah looked around and said, I know, I faked being here so I could come take back what's mine! I had a funeral, then the next day I woke up. The doctor said I must have fallen into a deep coma. Thankfully, I woke up, but I could not remember who my family was or even who I was. About two weeks ago, all of my memories flooded my mind. I now remember that me and Carter were married, and lost a daughter together. Now I am here to take what is mine back!

Or you let me take them both with me! The choice is yours, but I must warn you, don't try anything stupid, I will kill you. Laura gasps and runs to the stroller to see Willow is not there. Laura feels so angry with hate and Carissa says Laura, do not do anything stupid. As Carissa said to Sarah, can we please have a moment? Let me talk to Laura outside, as Sarah laughs, she says. Oh, take your time, I'll be waiting to hear her decision. Laura and Carissa walked out into the hallway. Imba asks Sarah what she was doing this for and Sarah tells him to mind business. This has nothing to do with you sir! Imba was now growing angry. He says well respectfully, this involves my daughter, and my granddaughter. If it's money, I can pay you. Sarah laughs and tells Imba to shut up, and to sit on the bench. You to Dr. Roy, she states, Dr. Roy turns around and says I will sit down, but can you tell me what the substance you used to poison Carter with was? Sarah laughs and says No, it's a special recipe from my grandparents. Meanwhile, in the hallway, Laura and Carissa are pacing the hallway. Carter, who had stepped out into the hallway, now looking up at them from the floor. He was sitting leaned up against the wall, saying what's going on now? He picks himself up, looking at Laura, seeing her in distress. It immediately made him angry, and he said to her," Baby, there is nothing to worry about. I love you and I married you. I would never want her back. I just do not understand why she is here. Angry, Laura says," well she wants you back and she has our daughter". Carter, with confusion and anger rising, says she has our daughter. Why? Carissa says let's all calm down, and think about this rationally. Laura says she is going to give me my child back.

After a few minutes of anger and crying, they all calmed down. Laura tells Carter about the options Sarah gave her. Carter says," Well, me and Willow will go with her, then we will come up with a way to escape from her and your dad could have men ready to capture her. They work up a plan, and Carissa says okay, when Imba and I talk later, I'll tell him to set this up. Carter, looking at Laura, says" I love you so much, and this will work. There is nothing you have to worry about. We will be back together soon. Laura hugged Carter and planted a huge kiss on him. Laura said, okay we have to make this look real, you have to act like your breaking up with me and that you have to act like you really want her back. Carter sighed and said OK, fine. Lets do this. They all decide to walk back into the room.

Sarah with a grin on her face and Laura acting like she was crying. Carter walks in and says Laura told me the options. I choose to go with you. Sarah smiles and says" Oh good! I wanted my little Carter Warter back. Laughing at Laura, Sarah looks at Carter and walks over and hugs Carter and starts to lick him from his ears to his neck and Carter says woah! I said I'd go with you, but there is a lot of your not telling me, and before you do stuff like that again, I need to know you better. Laura kept her composure, but Carissa saw the anger go all over her face. Well, let's go. We have a flight back home in two hours. Laura pleaded, saying, please let me see Willow before you go? Sarah said OK, for a second. A big buff man walked inside and said, Miss you called? Sarah said yes, let this awful woman see her child before we leave. The man hands Willow to Laura. As she starts to cry, Carter says it will be OK, Laura. Sarah gives Carter a look, as Carter says well. She is technically still my wife and mother of my child. Please let me say goodbye to her. Sarah says fine. We leave in five minutes. Sarah sits on the bench pulling her gun out and laying it on her thighs. Carter hugs Laura and whispers," I love you, I'll always fight for you. Laura says OK, here she is, handing Willow to Carter as she starts to sob. Sarah says, yeah yeah, Billy take us to the airport. Sarah and all of her bodyguards that came from out of nowhere followed her to the door and down the hallway. Carter in front of her as she is kicking him to go. Laura just stands and watches as then they drive away.
