They sit down at the dining table, and start to eat and Carter says your not poisoning me again, are you? Sarah laughing, says no, not this time. Carter looks at her and has so many flashbacks to the first time they were together. He looked at Sarah and said, Do you remember when we first got together how we used to go watch the snowboarders fall at the time they were supposed to jump, and we would laugh all evening then go back to my house and tell my parents about them? Sarah looks over at Carter and smiles and says" I do actually remember that, then your parents would laugh, and end up telling us to not go back because they didn't want us being rude to them. Carter says in those moments," I realized that you were my first love. Sarah, I have missed you so terribly much. I couldn't imagine my life without you at one point, until I found Laura and she understood the pain of losing you. I know this feels rude of me, but I have moved on, Sarah. I don't want to sound mean, but this is how I feel honestly. I was raised to always be honest with the people you love. I do love you Sarah, but I thought I lost you and would never see you again, and I can't keep pretending to act like this is OK. I love my daughter very much and I would do anything to not loose her like we lost Anne. I can not handle another loss. Sarah, I do not know what to say other than that. Sarah, looking flushed, stands by the table and goes around to where Carter is sitting, grabs his face and passionately kisses him. She runs her hand down his body. She rubs him and kisses her way down his neck and whispers in his ear. "Well, let me find a way to make you love ME again". Carter, very turned on now, looked up and saw Sarah staring at him with luscious lips and a smile. Carter says, I'm sorry, but I cant do this, Sarah.

Sarah goes and sits in front of him again at the table. She says, well maybe one day I can convince you again." They finish dinner in silence. Sarah said, see you in bed" as she walked up the stairs. Carter walks to the bedroom to see her on the balcony fully naked. Carter stands and gawks for a second, then says what am I doing? He walked back down to the living room. He sees the couch is leather and says to himself, Oh boy. He walks to Willows' room to check on her and sees her sleeping so soundly, he gives her a kiss on the forehead and walks back to the couch. Carter undresses and puts his pajama bottoms on and grabs a blanket and lays down on the couch and looks at his phone. Carter reads a message "Carter, operation twenty two in movement" from Imba Ambani. Carter sighs and turns his phone off and falls asleep.

Carter wakes up three hours later to hear Willow crying over the monitor. He goes and gets her and gives her a bottle, and rocks her back to sleep. He grabs her bassinet and carries it to the living room, by the couch and lays Willow down on the bassinet. He goes back to sleep. That next morning, Sarah wakes Carter up by pouring a cup of water on his face. Carter jumps up and says what was that for? Sarah throws his phone at him and says, why are you messaging your wife's father? Carter, baffled, says you wanted me to throw away the entire life I had. It is ridiculous Sarah. He was just telling me he is starting a crew team to start a new project they are working on. I will keep talking to them whether you like it or not. If you ever want me back, you let me have my own life too. Sarah was taken back, stunned. Carter had such wild opinions. Sarah lunges at him and says how can I trust you to not go running back to Laura? Carter thinks to himself about how he can't wait to get back to Laura, but he has to play this cool. He says, Sarah, you can't trust me. However, if you want me to love you again, you have to let me live my life. You can't keep me as a hostage, Sarah.

Just standing and looking at him now, Sarah says, well why dont you start with waking up and getting dressed. Carter smiled gently at her and looked over at the bassinet, and asked where Willow was? Sarah, looking at Carter with big eyes, says she will be my daughter to whether you like it or not. I am her new mother. Carter sighs and says, well where is she? Sarah says I had a babysitter come and get her and take her upstairs so she wouldn't wake you up earlier. She started to whine when I walked into the living room earlier. Carter sighs and gets up and goes to get dressed. He gets dressed and hears Willow crying. He walks into the room with Willow and sees Sarah holding her and Willow isn't happy about it. Carter speeds over to them and says when she whines that means she doesn't want you holding her. As he reaches and grabs her from Sarah. Willow is now quiet and drinking her bottle in Carter's arms. Carter says listen, whether you like it or not, you will never be her real mother. Sarah, getting angrier, says, well we will just see about that" and walks out of the room. Carter, now angry, grabs Willows' bag and packs her some things, and goes and puts her in a stroller that was in her room. He takes her outside and starts to walk down the street on the sidewalk. He looks behind him and sees a man following him from Sarah's house. All of a sudden, a van pulls up beside them and two men jump out and grab Willow and Carter.
