Joanne’s POV The palace glittered beneath the silver glow of the moon. Lanterns carved with delicate crescent patterns floated in the air, shedding soft light that shimmered off marble pillars. The gardens had been transformed into a dreamscape of silver and sapphire, vines wound with fairy lights, fountains spelling crystal water that caught the moon’s reflection through the moonroof.
