As she was rooting around in her purse for keys to the condo, she saw the car key attached to the ring. Angie immediately thought about taking a ride. To clear her head, think about what had happened. When the doors opened at the fourth floor, she pushed the close button and then the one for the lobby. She was going for a ride.
Angie turned right out of the parking lot and then left at the light, driving across the bridge to the mainland. She thought a drive near the river and park area would be relaxing, so that’s where she directed the car. It was very peaceful this time of night.
