The second Theo told me in the mind link that they found Silas, I raced to the garden. I needed to see with my own eyes if he was ok. I was confused when I saw all the warriors in their wolf forms, except for Tyler and Max.
And then I saw him.
The two men were helping Silas. They sat him down on a bench in the garden. As if by some unspoken command, the men dispersed, with only Theo remaining. He must have said something to Silas because Silas gave him a nod and then Theo went inside. I made my way over to him, quietly sitting beside him. I left some space between us.
"I'm sorry" I whispered. "For a lot of things."
Silas didn't look at me. He was staring off into the distance, "Words are just that.....words" he said dryly. "And goddess knows I've heard a lot of talk lately
