Those words broke my heart. How could anyone deny us what we felt?
"It's still early in the morning Si. There is no way anyone expects us to breakfast yet. Can we not just have this time?" I pleaded with him.
I could tell he wanted this.
"You can take a shower before breakfast and I don't mind taking another one to get our scents off each other," I enticed him.
His eyes searched mine with uncertainty, so I lightly touched his neck, knowing my touch would affect him. I smiled when he closed his eyes and shivered.
He was still on his back. I was propped up on my elbow, while my other hand tickled his skin.
"Silas," I said softly. "When we kissed the other day..... was that your first kiss too?"
His eyes opened and a grin appeared on his face and he nodded. Relief flood
