I couldn't move. I just stared after where Silas had gone. I felt like my heart had been ripped out of my body and then I watched it walk away.
Jax came up behind me, wrapping his arms around me, "What happened?" his voice was soft and soothing.
"I....I don't know," I stammered. "He doesn't want me. He doesn't want my help."
